About: I have dog sat for various relatives and friends over the years, as well as worked at dog day cares for 3 years. Good at providing a calm environment for dogs and have picked up training techniques from my old boss at the dog daycare. Had a dog of my own for 13 years and know various locations to walk and adventure, as well as a great sense of my neighborhood. I’m trustworthy and will provide good care for your dog. I have a car and am able to drive realtively far to come to your needs. The dogs will be in safe care under my watch. I look forward to meeting and helping out dog owners. I have a flexible availability and am patient. I’m not returning to office until February 9th and have plenty of time in the meantime to care for your pets! Upon returning to work, I will be available weekday evenings & all day on weekends unless otherwise indicated. For drop in visits, I am respectful and cognizant of client’s homes. About: I first started caring for dogs when I was 11 and my family adopted our then 12-week old puppy, Tulip (beagle-hound mix). I was the primary one responsible for her feeding and afternoon walks throughout middle and high school. I also routinely dog sat for neighbors who at the time had a senior poodle, providing daily drop ins and walks. Since moving to Boston, I have been fortunate to become a regular dog walker for neighbors and friends, with experience walking shihtzus, German shepherds, labs, and boxers. While I now own two cats, I would love to get outside and enjoy the summer weather with some new four-legged friends! I work for the public schools, so I am off all summer! I am happy to provide drop-ins or walks throughout the morning and afternoon M-F, with some availability on select Saturday and Sunday afternoons. **School ends on June 26th this year - on dates marked as available prior to June 26th, I can only accommodate afternoon walks between 2:30-7pm. I have cared for puppies all the way up through seniors dogs in their final days, so I am happy to accommodate the specific needs of your dog based on age and temperament. It is my existing habit to send a photo to friends of their dogs every time I visit or take them on a walk, as a way of making sure they know I have actually completed the service and their dog has been properly cared for!

About: Ever since I was a kid, friends and family have trusted me with their beloved pets. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, dogs who prefer to be the only pup in the room, and multi-dog households. My husband and I are proud pawrents to our sweet 50lb rescue, Charlie! (and we like to say he rescued us as much as we rescued him!) Being a rescue, he has fearful tendencies. Because of this, I've come to understand dog behavior on a deeper level and know how to ensure your pup remains safe, comfortable, and confident in all settings! I’m fortunate to work fully remotely, which gives me the flexibility to incorporate pet care naturally into my daily routine. I genuinely love animals, and spending time with them is something I look forward to. It’s a great way to step away from my desk, recharge both mentally and physically, and come back to work refreshed. Since we live in an apartment without a fenced yard, Charlie enjoys at least four walks a day. We’re lucky to be close to parks and the Neponset Trail, so he gets plenty of new places to explore! About: I am an very active healthcare professional who loves dogs. I have owned dogs my whole life and naturally have a strong affinity towards all animals. As a healthcare professional, it is both an instinct and passion to care for others. I am currently waiting for my new job to start so I am flexible Monday through Friday! “Ange was amazing. She looked after my two kitties while I was traveling. Every day, she dropped by for 30 minutes, providing the kitties with wet food, handling their litter boxes, giving them company, etc. She sends amazing picture and written updates—reading her updates was one of the highlights of my day while traveling. She is super accommodating and follows instructions very accurately. I totally trusted her and will use her again and would recommend her. The only minor downside is that she sometimes had to miss the regular schedule and come a bit later. It’s not a big deal, but I feel having an exact schedule could be more comforting for the cats. But again, this is a small thing and not a big deal.”

We were traveling internationally with 12 hour time difference, and during our travels, one of our cats was feeling unwell- Katherine was incredibly proactive and called to consult with our vet when we weren’t reachable due to the time difference. She even stopped by an additional time to check on our cat. Traveling while your pet is ill can be stressful, but Katherine was so communicative and attentive in her updates, which helped put us at ease. She truly cares for animals as if they are her own! This is the second time Eleanor has watched the kitties!! She is so attentive with them and ensures everything is as they need it. The cats are so comfortable wit her! Eleanor also saved me when the roof above litter room decided to leak while I was gone - she ensured the water was taken care of and arranged everything so that it minimized any impact until I arrived home that evening - so thankful!
