Experienced Animal Caretaker
Hi, my name is Thomas. I’ve been taking care of animals, mainly dogs, for over fifteen years professionally and personally I have always had pets of my own. I have experience with a variety of animals. I’m especially familiar with dogs, cats, and reptiles. I also have experience with many small mammals. I’ve got two guinea pigs who look like large fluffy potatoes. I’ve taken care of many types of dogs. This includes very young, very old, disabled, multiple types of pet, diabetes (in both dogs and cats), behavioral issues, and all sizes. I live with only the guinea pigs now, but have had cats, small mammals, many aquatic pets, chickens, rats, reptiles, and I grew up with an eighty pound “puppy” named Emma. In the in between I’ve lived with multiple dogs that I was at times responsible for. I can also give baths and provide other cleaning. I am happy to answer any questions new dog owners reach out with! Please let me know if there are any places your dog prefers when on walks. I always research local parks and nature paths before arriving. First time introducing our dog Tsuki to Thomas and Emma and it went extremely well! Our dog takes a while to warm up to new people, but it didn’t take long for her to play with them and ask for pets. Tsuki enjoyed a great fetch session with Emma today. I’m sure she will enjoy the next ones as much!
