Thank you Sevtap! you are always wonderful with Jude.

This is the 3rd time Sevtap is helping me taking care of Jude and she has been awesome with him. She follows the instructions, she is responsible and responsive in the chat when you have any doubts. Thank you Sevtap!

She take care of Jude for a week. when I came back, bowls were clean, and Jude was great!. thank you Sevtap.

When I first met Sev, I truly thought she would be a great choice to watch my dog, Rhubarb. She had unexpected surgery less than a week before I had to leave for a required work trip, so I left very clear and specific instructions for her care. The most important instruction was that Rhubarb must keep her cone on whenever she was left alone, as she will lick her sutures. I hired Sev from 3–8 PM and confirmed before leaving that the cone would stay on. I asked again after Sev left If she put the cone on Rhubarb and did not get a response. The next morning, when Rhubarb’s primary sitter arrived to pick her up, Rhubarb was not wearing her cone, and she had licked her incision open. Her sutures were completely undone, and she had to be taken back to the vet for additional care and stitches. This was extremely upsetting. Leaving your dog—your family member—with someone you’re trusting from the internet is already hard, and when the one critical instruction for her safety wasn’t followed, it was heartbreaking. Sev acknowledged she “forgot,” but this wasn’t a small detail. Rhubarb had just had surgery and was at real risk for infection. I want to be fair: Sev did take Rhubarb on walks, sent photos, and kindly helped bring up packages. I genuinely appreciated those things. But the most important part of her care—the one thing that absolutely needed to be followed—wasn’t. And because of that, Rhubarb ended up injured, requiring more vet intervention and causing a lot of stress while I was away. I don’t want to leave a harsh review, because I understand people make mistakes. But anyone considering booking her should be aware that, in my experience, the critical instruction for my dog’s post-surgery safety was not followed, and it resulted in Rhubarb needing additional medical treatment.

Sevtap was attentived on Jude's needs. She was always on time, and provide updates. I'll continue to use her services.
