âKaren and her husband were wonderful! Incredibly nice people who clearly love the animals they watch as much as their own. Sent lots of pictures and very detailed write ups after each visit.â

About: I love dogs without reserve, caring for multiple family dogs throughout the years and watching neighborsâ dogs throughout high school. No dog is too big or too small! Iâm currently a full-time college student, so I petsit in my hours off from class. My weekends (and Tuesdays) are free, but I can also often schedule in walks on other weekdays, so long as they donât intersect with a class. I can house-sit or walk dogs, depending on what is needed. Iâd like to provide an active environment for any prospective dog, giving them enrichment through play and activity (and lots of head scratches)!
âTue is amazing with Ollie! Super reliable, kind, and communicative â I always feel totally at ease knowing Ollie is in great hands. Heâs always happy and well-cared-for after their walks. Highly recommend! đžđâ

About: I have helped train and care for my family dog, Bebe (Maltese/Shih Tzu). Additionally, I regularly walked and watched my friendâs English Golden Retriever the last year. My work is very unstructured so I have a lot of flexibility during the week. Iâm looking for opportunities to break up my days and make a little extra cash. Safety is my top priority for both me and your dog. I also will make sure to respect both your environment and the ones we visit as well.

About: Iâve had my own dog for 6 years and raised him from when he was just a month old. Taking care of him taught me so much about patience, consistency, and love. Heâs super well-trained, healthy, and always well groomed, and I made sure he got lots of attention, playtime, and care every day. Even though I donât take care of him anymore, those years gave me real, hands-on experience with feeding routines, walks, grooming, and understanding a dogâs needs and personality. I truly just love being around dogs and making sure they feel safe and happy. Iâm a full-time law student, but I spend a lot of my time studying from home. My classes are Monday through Thursday from 10amâ2pm, and I live just a 10-minute walk from campus, so Iâm always very close by. Outside of those hours, Iâm home and available. Because my schedule is structured, Iâm able to plan my day around pet care, including walks, feeding times, check-ins, and playtime. Your pet wouldnât be left alone for long stretches, and Iâm happy to stick to whatever routine theyâre used to. I provide a calm, clean, and quiet environment thatâs great for pets who like consistency. Since Iâm often home studying, pets get plenty of supervision and attention throughout the day. Iâm mindful about keeping doors secure, following feeding and medication instructions carefully, and maintaining your petâs usual routine to help them feel safe and comfortable. Whether in my home or yours, I treat pets with the same care and respect I would my own.

About: Growing up Iâve cared for many types of animals, from dogs and cats to turtles and lizards. My love for animals is shown through how I will treat and care for your pets. School and work has kept me busy from pet-care, but Iâm excited to jump back in. Rover offers the perfect opportunity for us to save for our wedding and still do something special that doesnât feel like work. I currently work part-time from late afternoon to nighttime, so I have plenty of free time during the day when you might be busiest to watch and care for your pet(s)! I follow pet care instructions based on the clientsâ preferences and needs. I will only implement the care instructions provided to me by my clients.
About: Iâve been caring for family pets for over 10 years and have developed a deep understanding of the attention, patience, and love that animals need. From daily walks and playtime to feeding routines and basic grooming, Iâve helped care for dogs of all ages and personalities. Iâm comfortable handling pets with different energy levels and temperaments, and I always prioritize their safety and well-being. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member, and I treat every pet like theyâre my own. Iâm a law student in my last year of school at Suffolk Law! I have a flexible class schedule with classes in the late afternoon/evening and no classes on on Thursdays or Fridays! Your dogâs safety is my top priority every step of the way. I take great care to make sure each pup is safe, secure, and stress-freeâwhether weâre on a walk, playing in the yard, or hanging out indoors.
âAmy was our first experience using Rover services. She went above and beyond what I couldâve expected. Darla was in amazing hands and that is so reassuring when being away from home.â

âThis is the second time I've been lucky enough to book Anna. She dropped in on a couple of evenings to feed my cats while I was out of town, and I really appreciated her attention to detail, the pictures she sent, and how good she is around my kitties! I know that when they are in her care, I don't have to worry about them. I certainly hope Anna's free again the next time I go away!â

About: With 13 years caring for my two pugs, I offer patient, reliable pet care. I focus on comfort, safety, and treating every animal with love. Iâm a student with a flexible schedule, able to fit pet care between classes and on weekends. I reliably manage visits around my school routine when needed. Iâm new to pet sitting, but I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment. I follow instructions carefully and keep pets secure at home and on walks.
About: I volunteer at animal shelters all across bucks county, having experience with all dogs from small to large. I want to help animals and humans live their best lives! I am currently studying at Emerson College and playing on their softball team. I am available every weekday after 4 and every Sunday after 1! I love to get extra exercise in and love working with dogs so this is the perfect job for me! I have a fenced in yard with two friendly dogs. I take my dogs to dog parks as well as long walks/hikes. I love to get exercise for myself as well as the dog all in one! I will take the dogs to the park and go for long walks to get their energy out and give them all the love they need!
âAmanda has been wonderful with my dog!! She has helped me with last minute travel and is always on time and I can tell my dog really enjoys spending time with them. She used to have to goto the kennel with my travel and she would cry for days when i would pick her up. Now she is just happy!!!!â

About: Iâve been the designated pet sitter in my family for several years now, and Iâm trying to expand operations. I donât have pets of my own so I am so excited to befriend yours! I currently have a freelance job mostly from home that I do work for in the evenings, but I am wide open during the day and love having reasons to walk around the city! When visiting pets, Iâm always very careful not to let them slip out the door, and once Iâm in Iâm very willing to take it at the petâs pace! Iâm experienced with waiting out nervous ones or throwing toys over and over and over for energetic ones!
âEmily was absolutely wonderful with my cat, Nico! She has cared for him over multiple days, and I couldnât have asked for a more reliable, attentive, and compassionate sitter. Emily handled both oral meds and injections with complete confidence and care. She also kept me consistently updated with messages and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. I would absolutely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled cat sitterâespecially if your cat needs a little extra medical attention.â

About: Growing up my family had a Black Lab who I loved for 7 years. We now have a Dachshund mix at my family home. Sheâs been with us for 11 years and is now 13 years young. Both were rescued! Therefore I have experience with small and medium/large dogs. Although I have a full time job, I work fully remote and miss my dog so much so decided I would come here to give some love to your dogs :) I am reliable, trustworthy, and am passionate about making sure your dogs will feel safe and loved. My family has used Rover in the past and had great experiences. Now Iâd love to return the favor and ensure your dog and you feel comfortable with me! I work fully remote and on the weeks I am not traveling for work, I am free on weekdays 6:30am-9am and during lunchtime which is fairly flexible. On weekends Iâd be happy to come by whenever :) Both of my dogs were trained very well to stay by our side while we walked but they still had collars, harnesses, and leashes to ensure they were safe while out for walks and by the roads. They were also both crate trained. Therefore I am happy to use whatever you need and ensure they stay safe and happy!
âSuper kind and responsive, very friendly with the animals and makes sure their needs are met. Would 100% recommend and use again. One of our cats was sick while we were away and sure was very helpful and flexible working with us to help him feel better.â

Boston dog parents share their Rover experiences
We had a wonderful experience with Alexandra. We are relatively new to Rover. She was great with our older dog - responsive and understanding to her needs, prioritized her care, spent quality time with her, great communication and flexible when our schedule changed. I would highly recommend and trust her with your pet!
Ingrid has been so great with our puppy Addie!! She is always working with our busy schedule and constant training changes that come with a puppy. She is very responsive and I know Addie loves to see her when she drops in. Highly recommend, we are so glad we found her!

Minnie (our three pound chihuahua) is very shy and easily frightened, but she loved Anastasia! By the end of our visit she even allowed herself to be held, something she never lets anyone but us do. Anastasia was able to gain her trust and ours by being kind and gentle, and now Minnie has a new friend for life!
