About: Hello! ☺️ I honestly don’t think there’s ever been a year in my life — maybe not even a month — where I didn’t have a dog. I’ve always had fur babies around, and right now I have two: Lilo and Stitch (yes, just like the movie!). They’re my little pieces of home. I’m currently out of work for the moment, which means I have way too much free time and a big house that’s been feeling a little too quiet lately. So I figured… why not turn all this love, space, and extra time into something good? Can’t wait to get moving and bring some life back into the house. 💛🐾 In currently am off from work until next year! I have all the free time, it’s a weird feeling when I’ve always been on the go. My two dogs already have a system around my 9-6 work schedule and that route will stay the same. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed... I do also have cameras inside and outside to monitor or share if needed.
“Emily is amazing and truly loved pups. I truly felt so safe having her there and in our home! I’m definitely excited to work with her in the future and I’m super grateful for her.”

“Monica was wonderful as a dog sitter while we were on vacation - great communication, lots of pictures, and even helped put away a frozen food delivery that came unexpectedly while we were away. 10/10 would absolutely hire her again!”

“Soli is amazing! Such a wonderful, kind, and professional catsitter. Especially appreciate her persistence and patience in resolving a house access issue due to a miscommunication that was squarely on our end. Would recommend Soli to any cat parents without reservation and will likely book her again if we need to use Rover!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my deep compassion, patience, and experience with dogs who need extra attention—especially those with anxiety or special routines. I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs, puppies, and pets who struggle with separation anxiety. My own dog, Sasha, has anxiety, so I understand the importance of gentle care, consistency, and emotional support. I treat every pet like family, and I’m committed to creating a calm, safe, and loving environment while you’re away. Whether your pup needs long walks, slow introductions, or just a cozy lap to nap on—I’ve got you covered! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I have Mondays and Tuesdays off, which gives me plenty of time for daytime walks and drop-ins. On other days, I’m able to fit in visits between school and work—and I don’t mind doing late-night drop-ins if your pet needs evening attention. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, so I’m happy to make it a priority in my schedule. I’m dependable, flexible, and always focused on making pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. I only offer pet care in the client’s home because I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own familiar environment. I follow your pet’s routine closely—whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or administering medication. I respect your space, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. My goal is always to provide reliable, stress-free care that gives both you and your pet peace of mind.
About: I’ve been raising dogs since i was a child. I’ve had 4 dogs throughout my life. Out of the most recent 2, one was a senior with heart problems so i have much experience with older dogs and giving medicine if necessary. My other dog is a rescue, i’ve raised since she was 3 months old. In addition to behavioral classes i took with her, i’ve potty trained, crate trained and trained her to have basic skills myself. I’ve raised most of my dogs (there was one adult rescue) from puppy to senior years so i hold much experience with dogs in these age ranges. I can care for dogs that are of all skill levels and ages. My dog and i are able to adapt to any energy level your pup may be at and will always care for them as if they are my own. I currently work full-time but luckily I am hybrid. I work in office Mon, Tues, and Thurs. Otherwise, I will normally always be with your pet unless i must go out and run errands. However, i also love to take my dog wherever i go as long as i know i’m making a quick stop, so if your dog loves car rides we will be together most of their stay. During 2025 holidays i will be at home full time until 1/4/26 I have one sweet puppy who loves other dogs and will gladly welcome them into the home. i tend to keep the house pretty tidy so my dogs can’t get into anything. If there’s anything specific your fur baby needs to avoid let me know. Lastly, i have a camera in my home to watch my puppy if i’m away and as my client i can provide footage of their stay to keep you at comfort.
About: I’ve had my own dog since early on in my childhood until adulthood. I started rover, when I still had my 11 year old golden retriever, he has recently passed away but I loved our daily walks and understand the need for a dog walker sometimes! I understand the needs of a dog and how dogs need attention. I’ve dog sat other dogs for my friends and have always been a dog lover since early on and love meeting new dogs! I am currently a full time registered nurse working nights. I will try to update my schedule on a regular basis as pet care would be worked into my days off & my schedule does vary every month! I care for other pets as if they were my own. I understand being a pet owner how I would want someone else to treat my dog with the same love.
About: Hello! My name is Brittany and I would love to help you out with your loyal companion. I have a husky of my own and we love to be outside hiking and exploring. I live in an area with multiple dog parks, open areas for your dog to run or relax and bodies of water if your dog loves to swim! I am always open to suggestions and love learning about new dogs and breeds. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, I would love to hear them! Thank you so much for considering me to help out with your lovable fur family member! I currently work full time throughout the week so weekends are my free time to explore the city and help take care of your furry friend! I have a few fenced in dog areas and my own furry friend to keep yours company. I am willing to crate your dog if needed and am also willing to work with you to keep your dog comfortable!
“Fernanda was great with my cat Kiwi! She was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and always responded very quickly. She sent lots of cute photos so I could see that Kiwi was happy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her and be happy for her to watch Kiwi again!”

About: I have raised two puppies since 2020. My male Cavalier was a rescue from a puppy mill and suffers from high anxiety, and my female was unspayed until a few years ago, so I am well-equipped to handle females in heat. I work a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off. When I am off work, I am home full-time and can support your puppers' needs! My partner is a full-time student and is home most of the day. I am very respectful of your home and will treat your pet like they are my own fur baby! I will ensure your pet is well cared for, as well as your home.
“Alex has pet sit and housesat for me several times. He is a cat whisperer… My cat Coco loves him. It normally takes her quite a while to warm up to people… but not Alex. Within his first or second visit… She was asking to be pet and seeking attention during his visits. I’m thankful that I found him to take care of Coco when I’m away. I highly recommend Alex to care for your kitty(s).”

About: I’m a middle school teacher finishing up the school year and looking for the perfect reason to get outside, go on walks, and spend time with animals this summer! I’m very detail-oriented, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s personality and needs. Over the past 6+ years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, turtles, and even hedgehogs, so I’m comfortable with a variety of routines and care styles. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just a calm and patient presence, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. As a teacher, my schedule becomes very flexible during the summer, which gives me plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, and playtime throughout the week. During the school year, I’m generally available in the afternoons, evenings, weekends, and school breaks. I’m someone who likes going on walks, so pet care fits naturally into my routine and is something I genuinely look forward to! I always try to make pets feel as comfortable and safe as possible by sticking closely to their usual routine and giving them lots of attention, patience, and care. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of both the space and the pet’s routine, whether that means scheduled walks, feeding times, or just extra playtime and companionship. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel completely comfortable and at ease, so I'm happy to provide regular updates/pictures upon request.

Ayfer was so amazing with my 2 dogs, dropping in and seeing them multiple times while I was out of town for a weekend. My dogs felt comfortable with her immediately! She always sends pictures and videos and is a great communicator. Both of my dogs have medications and she was sure to keep them on schedule! I know my pups are in good hands with her!!

Dalia is an exceptionally responsible and detail-oriented person. She is very kind and caring with dogs, and often goes above and beyond expectations by taking on extra work. She is highly reliable, and I strongly recommend her. I will definitely continue working with Dalia in the future.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
