“**Read this if considering booking with Carlotta... On a routine visit to MGH my husband was admitted. As Murphy's Law dictates: What can go wrong.... the car died 2 days in and I had the dog with me. After a few days I msg'd some Rovers explaining our situation and asking if they had availability. Within MINUTES Carlotta replied: ABSOLUTELY! What can I do to help? At times like this those are some the kindest words you can hear. I had been so nervous dropping Pookie off not even having spoken but after that exchange I knew he would be just fine. When I did drop him off, I had to apologize. My little friend looked like a rag-a-muffiin. He had very obviously spent an inordinate amount of time in a hospital garage. It just wasn't an issue. Carlotta thought nothing of washing him, brushing him out and returning him smelling like the swetest birthday cake. Our pups feel so much that we do, a visit like this was just what Pookie needed. Carlotta sent several pics during Pookies time with her and it was CLEAR he was more than comfortable in her care. If you are a first time Rover or have a nervous friend Carlotta is the pupsitter for you. Her kindness this crazy week was soo appreciated by us. She will 100% be our go-to Rover in Boston. Marie was truly fantastic with my dog, Opal! This is the first time I had used Rover for pet-sitting and I am so grateful that I chose Marie to care for Opal while my fiance and I were out of town. Marie is so friendly and easy to work with. She is a great caretaker and shared a number of updates of Opal while we were away, which I really appreciated. Marie and her husband kept Opal very active outside and also offered her a safe and comfortable environment inside where I know she got lots of snuggles. Opal seemed really happy to spend time with Marie and I look forward utilizing Marie again when we need a dog-sitter. 10/10 would recommend Marie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable dog-sitter who does solo dog-sitting. I truly felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands while I was away.

Jessica was amazing with my dog, Akira! She sent frequent updates and photos, made sure Akira felt comfortable, and has a great backyard setup for dogs to play safely. Akira had such a fun time playing with her sweet husky, Juno, and came home happy and relaxed. I would absolutely book with Jessica again!
Kexin and Chris were wonderful with Yoda. They were very responsive throughout the stay and sent plenty of pictures, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. It was also especially nice that their dog, Bambi, was such a great friend to Yoda. We could tell he was well cared for and happy.

We had a great experience! Teddy clearly had an incredible time - we got tons of updates and photos throughout the stay, including some amazing park action shots and some hilarious pup cup and lounging moments. It was really nice seeing him so happy and comfortable while we were away. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. Would absolutely book again.
