Hi, I’m Marie! 😊 I’ve always loved being around dogs. I grew up with a Golden Retriever mix and have lots of experience caring for dogs. I also look after my family’s pets when they travel, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. While I don’t have a pup of my own right now, I really miss having one around, so I’d be happy to give your dog lots of care, attention, and love. 🐾 And I love taking photos & videos of dogs, so you can expect some cute snapshots while you’re away! 🐶 I’m super flexible on timing and can work around your schedule for drop-off & pick-up times! I take reliability seriously and have never canceled an accepted booking 😊 Some dog breeds I have the most experience watching: Golden Retrievers, Corgis, Labs, Doodles, Aussies, Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Pomeranians, Greyhounds, Poodles & Spaniels.

Our pups (ages 3 and 13) love staying with Marie. They went on walks for exercise and sniffing, and Marie tailored their activities to their different ages and energy levels. They spent a lot of time snuggling! It’s so heartwarming to know that they are in good hands while we travel.
Zelda had such a fun stay with Marie and Jon, and we had such piece of mind with daily updates and pictures! Thank you again for everything!
Marie was fantastic and so comforting. She handled our high energy lab puppy with ease. She took Bogey hiking and gave him lots of love.
Marie is so good with Ziggy!! She is so caring and it really showed! She immediately got to know Ziggy’s quirks and needs and sent so many updates of them having fun and cuddling together. She gave Ziggy so much love and care while I was away!
Marie was wonderful with Nelly and Wrigley. She sent lots of pictures and updates and they clearly loved her! My golden is blind and just finished radiation therapy and she was wonderful with him despite his special needs. Would absolutely book with her again!
Marie did an excellent job with my anxious dog. He clearly had a great day and enjoyed his walks.

Schedule
I go on multiple walks during the day, so I'd love to bring your dog along with me on my neighborhood walks. :) Plus, my husband takes dogs on runs (those who are fit and able!), which is super beneficial for their health & longevity long-term.

Safety, trust & environment
There's a dog park right in my complex, as well as several grassy/wooded areas that are perfect for play! Just a 5-minute walk away is the Middlesex Fells Reservation, which has some amazing trails and views of Boston (dogs love pretty views 😄). I always do at least one long walk a day (~1 hour), along with two medium walks (30 min+). My husband will run with your dog at least 1-2 miles per day, depending on their fitness and energy levels.
A typical day
Depending on your dog and his/her specific needs, we'll take frequent walks and play with their toys. We go to the dog park frequently to play fetch, which rarely has other dogs in there. I like to tailor the activities to the specific dog so I'm always open to hearing about their interests & needs. :)
