I always follow owners’ instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and any behavioral preferences or restrictions. Haowen took wonderful care of my 10-year-old Australian Shepherd while I traveled out of state for a family event. My Aussie has arthritis, so I’m always a little cautious about leaving him with someone new, but Haowen quickly put me at ease. Throughout the day, I received gorgeous photos and regular updates that reassured me he was happy and well cared for. He got plenty of walks, attention, and companionship, and it was obvious he was having a great time. I will absolutely use Haowen again the next time I need someone to care for him!

I felt so anxious dropping Nova off with an individual sitter for the first time. Even though it was a shorter afternoon care visit, Sreeya was very sweet and allowed me to see her place and backyard area where Nova would be staying.
