Tiffany and Steve took such great care of Cooper. They sent a lot of pictures throughout the day. They also trained him and played with him. And followed his routine with walks, meal time and snacks. They made sure Cooper felt at home. I’m glad I found them on Rover. I was at ease as Cooper is generally anxious of meeting new people, but he settled in very well with them.

Angella was amazing with our lab puppy, Phoebe! She proactively sent us pictures throughout the day, which gave us peace of mind knowing how much fun she was having and she even gave Phoebe a few toys in a "goodie bag" to take home. We will definitely be using Angella again when we need a doggie day care!

About: I have a 6 years old Pomeranian at home in south korea. When I’m home, as the primary caregiver, I walk, run, bathe, and comb every morning and night! I don’t have any dogs in Boston with me, but I’ve dog sat my friends’ ~25 pound dogs for several times! I’m currently a PhD student in Boston, and I usually work from home twice a week! Also, I spend most of my time at home during weekends, and our apartment has the greatest waking path for the dogs! I live in a pet-friendly apartment and a well designed park right next to it. I love playing and walking with the dogs. We don’t have any pups at home, but i have one lovely Pomeranian at my house in Korea.

My dog always wags his tail almost jumping out the car from excitement to see Jessica. He starts to whine if I’m parked too long outside of her place and then jumps and is super happy when he gets to see her. I can tell he’s so happy when she watches him. She is great and super active and attentive with animals. Whenever my puppy comes home from daycare with her, he sleeps 12+ hours from how tired he is. Better than most daycares I’ve been to !!!

About: This is a joint account with my girlfriend Julia and I. We both love being around animals and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I grew up raising a German Shepherd and, more recently, a shitzu and Maltese! Julia grew up raising a Toy poodle. We’re reliable, attentive, and understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their pets are in good hands. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, we make sure every pet gets patient, personalized care and plenty of attention. As a medical student, I’m highly responsible, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, and I bring that same level of care and dependability to looking after pets. We’ll treat your pets like they’re our own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! I'm available most weekends but weekdays are a bit variable so please feel free to contact me with any questions about scheduling and I’ll do my best to be very transparent about my schedule. Creating a safe, trustworthy, and comfortable environment for pets is my top priority. I always follow owners’ instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and any behavioral preferences or restrictions. I understand that every pet has a different personality and comfort level, so I approach each animal with patience and attentiveness. I also believe communication is important, so I make sure owners stay updated with messages and photos while they’re away.

About: Hi, I'm Amy! I work from home full-time, so your pup will have company throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods of time in a strange place. I have experience sitting dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to large ones, and your pup will be the only Rover dog I watch at any given time so there is no need to worry about potentially conflicting personalities. I'm an active person who loves the outdoors (averaging 13k+ steps a day over the past year), so your dog can look forward to long walks or even short runs, if I'm training for an upcoming race and they're up for the pace. My home is a 4-story brownstone with plenty of room to roam (pups are welcome on beds and furniture!), plus a small fenced-in backyard for outdoor time and quick potty breaks. I'm also close to several parks, including the beautiful, expansive Mary O'Malley Park right on the water, and surrounded by a neighborhood full of friendly dogs — so there's no shortage of ways to socialize and burn off energy. I also have my own dog, Poppy, an Aussiedoodle who's confident and easygoing around other dogs. She'll happily give your pup their space while still being a calm, friendly presence around the house and out on walks. I work fully-remote so I am home most of the time during the week. My own dog has social anxiety so she’s never alone for more than 3-4 hours at a time so your pup won’t be either! I have a fenced-in backyard (6ft tall) and a very active Aussie mix who will keep your pup company on long walks. I can crate dogs too if that is how they feel most comfortable. Otherwise they have full roam of the house and are allowed on furniture/beds as they like.

Patti took my two anxious standard poodles poodles for doggy care. She did everything she could to make them feel comfortable which I really appreciated. I liked that she opened her door to me and let me go inside with the dogs to help them settle in before leaving. I also love that she took them to the Fells for a nice walk. I would certainly go to Patti again. She was easy to communicate with and you can tell she genuinely cares for dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I grew up around dogs, currently have a dog, and will probably die with a dog. I’ve also had a plethora of pets including cats, ferrets, parrots, iguanas, hamsters, hermit crabs, and even a sugar glider. Every pet is welcomed in my home. I work from home, so that means I’m pretty much home all day. If I have to leave the house, it’s usually for an a hour or two at most to go to the gym. I’m available any day of the week at any time! I have a yard in the back that is shared with just one neighbor. It’s not fenced, but definitely has room to play and walk around. Inside the home, we have a little old dog who sleeps a lot and will occasionally come out to play.

I can’t recommend Fernanda enough! She took such amazing care of my 4-month-old puppy, and I could tell right away that he was in great hands. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind—not just with my pup, but with me as well. I was running late due to an accident under the tunnel, and she was so understanding and flexible, which I really appreciated. The best part? My puppy absolutely adores her! He lights up with excitement every time he sees her, which tells me everything I need to know. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust someone who genuinely cares and creates such a positive, safe environment for him. Thank you again for everything—you’re truly the best!

Akhil updated me often throughout the day. He sent videos as well as photos and it was easy to see how relaxed my dog, Momo was. He let her get her sniffs in during walks and introduced her to a variety of toys. Momo loves destroying plush toys and he was very gracious about her gutting one of them. Momo wasn't overly excited to leave so I'm pretty sure she had a great time. She came home and immediately settled down for a nap.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Everett on Rover is $37.99 per day (as of September 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of September 2026, there are 2,874 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Everett. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Everett commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in MA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 2,874 sitters in Everett, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
