Doggy Day Care in Chelsea

About: I’ve had dogs in my home for the past 21 years, namely an array of bully breeds both large and small. When I moved abroad in 2023, my English bulldog moved in with my family and I’ve been eager to welcome all of my friends’ dogs into my life and home ever since. I’m often dog-sitting for friends across New England and thought now is as good of a time as any to offer the same support to others! I’m a full-time remote employee with a spacious apartment that happens to have an enclosed deck and located across the street from a sprawling park with dedicated dog areas! I’m a typical millennial woman who is always willing to lend my time and space to some sweet pups. My apartment is dog friendly i.e., they’re welcome in all rooms, on the furniture, and to enjoy the fenced in deck on nice days. I love long walks and therefore long walk companions and maintain a quiet and calm home life.

About: This is a joint account with my girlfriend Julia and I. We both love being around animals and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I grew up raising a German Shepherd and, more recently, a shitzu and Maltese! Julia grew up raising a Toy poodle. We’re reliable, attentive, and understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their pets are in good hands. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, we make sure every pet gets patient, personalized care and plenty of attention. As a medical student, I’m highly responsible, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, and I bring that same level of care and dependability to looking after pets. We’ll treat your pets like they’re our own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! I'm available most weekends but weekdays are a bit variable so please feel free to contact me with any questions about scheduling and I’ll do my best to be very transparent about my schedule. Creating a safe, trustworthy, and comfortable environment for pets is my top priority. I always follow owners’ instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and any behavioral preferences or restrictions. I understand that every pet has a different personality and comfort level, so I approach each animal with patience and attentiveness. I also believe communication is important, so I make sure owners stay updated with messages and photos while they’re away.

“My dog always wags his tail almost jumping out the car from excitement to see Jessica. He starts to whine if I’m parked too long outside of her place and then jumps and is super happy when he gets to see her. I can tell he’s so happy when she watches him. She is great and super active and attentive with animals. Whenever my puppy comes home from daycare with her, he sleeps 12+ hours from how tired he is. Better than most daycares I’ve been to !!!”

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember, and having my own dog since I was 12 made them a big part of my life growing up. Being away from home for college means I really miss my dog, which is one of the reasons I enjoy dog-sitting so much, it lets me spend time caring for and bonding with dogs while giving them the attention they deserve. Over the past three years in Boston, I’ve regularly dog-sat for friends and families who trust me because I’m dependable, attentive, and focused on maintaining each dog’s routine and comfort. I’m currently a senior in college with classes mainly in the mornings, so I’m home and available for most of the day. This schedule allows me to prioritize pet care, stick to routines, and provide consistent supervision and attention. When dogs stay with me, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by following their usual schedule as closely as possible. Dogs are never left alone for more than four hours, and I send daily updates and photos so owners feel reassured while they’re away. My apartment also has a dog park amenity, which makes potty breaks and outdoor time easy, safe, and convenient
