This was our first time using Rover and our first time leaving our dog with someone other than doggy day care/friends. We were able to arrange a meet and greet before Amber’s stay so she could meet him as well as his two beautiful/loving dogs. His house is tidy and clean and his backyard exceeded my expectations with a nice high fence and space for the dogs to run out their energy. All my anxiety and nervousness about leaving her were immediately gone after the meet and greet. During her 9 day stay, we received several photos a day and I could tell from her (my dog’s) expression that she was genuinely loved and cared for by John and enjoyed the company of his dogs. We kept in touch regularly and we plan on booking Amber for another stay with him today (we literally just landed). About: First of all, I love all cats! I have two of my own and if they could talk back, they'd say to give them bigger servings of pate (they're THAT food motivated) I have seen it all. I can administer medications, clean litter boxes, and trim nails (depending on the cat, ofc)! I also respect their boundaries and make sure to follow all instructions left by the cat pawrent to ensure they feel safe in their own home while an intruder (me) is in their space!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs, therefore I’ve had plenty of experience caring for them. Additionally, my family loves dogs, we love to have them in our home, and have a fenced yard where if weather permits they can play outside and burn off some energy. I’m currently working remotely, so have a pretty flexible schedule for walks during the day. Usual hours are from 9-5 pm, but like stated before, have the flexibility for walks since I work from home I have a fenced yard, I work from home so I would be great company for your pet. “I can NOT rave enough about Juliana— she was an absolutely incredible walker for Petey. Other people with bully breeds/large breeds (I know you probably prefer a walker who knows their way around stronger breeds like I do), your mind will be entirely at ease with her watching after your dogs! She's very communicative and sent me a million pics and videos and updates when she was with him. The only reason I would hesitate to tell you to book is so I don't have to share this gem of walker with anyone else”

“We left our 3 year old overly-energetic lab mix with John for 9 days while we traveled across country. This was our first time using Rover and our first time leaving our dog with someone other than doggy day care/friends. We were able to arrange a meet and greet before Amber’s stay so she could meet him as well as his two beautiful/loving dogs. His house is tidy and clean and his backyard exceeded my expectations with a nice high fence and space for the dogs to run out their energy. All my anxiety and nervousness about leaving her were immediately gone after the meet and greet. During her 9 day stay, we received several photos a day and I could tell from her (my dog’s) expression that she was genuinely loved and cared for by John and enjoyed the company of his dogs. We kept in touch regularly and we plan on booking Amber for another stay with him today (we literally just landed). Highly recommend John’s services if you’re in the market for someone to care for your dog!”
