I love dogs!
Pet care experience
Hello there. Dogs bring me joy. I understand the difficulty of managing work, family and caring for a beloved pet. I'll make it easy for you to schedule appointments and have piece of mind that your dog will be well taken care of. I've used Rover for my own pooch in the past and was always looking for someone that would treat my dog like it was their own - and that's what I can offer you. After the recent loss of our 14-year-old Brittany, I miss having a dog in my life on a daily basis. I'll take great care of your loved one - I know how much they mean to you I don't think I've ever met a dog I didn't like! I work from home and can spend the whole day with your dog. I usually do at least 3 long walks and often go to Peter's Park or the off-leash area of the Boston Commons (for dogs who can be off leash.) We live in a dog friendly building in a very dog friendly area of Boston. We are a short walk to the Boston Common and close enough to Peter's Park. We are stocked with treats, toys and a dog loving 4 year old. I am patient with dogs who might have separation anxiety, lots of energy, the occasional accident or trouble being away from their owners for the first time. I also know that it can be difficult for the owners to trust leaving their pet with someone they don't know- and I'm happy to answer any questions you have or to do a meet and greet in the downtown area. Rover is my full-time job, along with caring for our 4 year old (who is currently in school during daytime). I am available for walks, trips to the dog park and care all day long. Your pet will rarely be without me for any amount of time. We will treat your dog as a member of the family. Dogs in my care are allowed to sit on furniture/bed and have free range of the house. We also have a completely fenced in courtyard where they can play.
Reviews

Jim took great care of our pyredoodle. He was very attentive and engaged.

Jim took great care of our dog!! Super convenient because we could explore the city for a day without worrying about having a dog with us!

Jim looked after my pup whilst I was at a World Cup match, communication was great, no issues and my dog seemed very happy.

Jim was great, our dog Oli came back from his stay happy and tired. Jim was also very flexible when we had to extend the stay and was very communicative. Highly recommend!
