Jiachen was super communicative and so caring. Birbal always seemed happy. The biggest sign for us that he ate his food which he usually doesn’t tend to do when he’s uncomfortable. We appreciate all the care and kindness from Jiachen and would love to work with her again.
Chen was great with my dog! Very communicative and she had a blast with her. Highly recommend!
