About: I love taking care of dogs and just hanging out with them. I work full-time onsite so I am only available after or before work hours to take them on walks and for stay over. However my husband works from home who also loves dog to keep them company during the day! I have a full time onsite job so I am not available during the day however my husband works from home so he is available. I love going for walks or runs in the mornings/ evenings before/ after work so I can take your dogs on walks as well. I love playing with them, and can give them a lot of attention. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment without a yard so, I can only take care of small dogs. They have plenty of places to roam around in the apartment. There is also a dog park and a 2.5mile loop near me where i can take them for playtimes and walks.

About: I provide a safe, loving, and fun environment for every dog. I have experience caring for puppies, adult dogs, and large breeds, including Golden Retrievers. I understand the importance of maintaining each dogâs routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I will treat your dog like a member of my own family and make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while youâre away. I am responsible, patient, and committed to giving pet parents peace of mind with regular updates and photos. I study Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and I am home for the rest of the day. On weekends, I am usually home all day, so I have plenty of time to provide attention, walks, playtime, and companionship. I can easily adjust my schedule to meet each petâs needs and make sure they receive the care and love they deserve. I live with my boyfriend in a house, and we have a friendly 5-month-old Golden Retriever who loves being around other dogs. He sleeps in our bedroom with us and is treated like a member of our family. Every morning, he lets us know when he needs to go outside. Before we leave for class, we make sure he has fresh food and water, and we leave a puppy pad available in case he needs it while weâre away for a few hours. As soon as we get home, we take him for a walk, play with him, and spend quality time together. We also have a big backyard where dogs can safely play and get exercise. We regularly take our dog to the park, the lake, and even the beach because he loves the water and being outdoors. Since itâs just the three of us at home, we can give every dog plenty of attention, love, playtime, and care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy, just like they do at home.
âNate is a wonder with my pups and super accommodating to me. This was my first time using rover and I couldnât have asked for a better sitter! He sent pictures, and bonded with both of my dogs who are typically skeptical of new people. They felt right at home with Nate and I couldnât appreciate it more.â

âLexi took great care of Emmy during her daycare visit! She was very attentive to Emmyâs needs and made sure she felt comfortable and happy throughout the day. We appreciated all of the updates Lexi sent us during the visit!â

âI cannot recommend Marie enough! Nova fell in love with her instantly and warmed up to her so quickly. Marie has such great energy, and you can tell sheâs a genuinely kind and caring person. Itâs clear she took excellent care of Nova, who had the best time with her. Weâll definitely be booking with Marie again and again!â

âAndrea has been lovely to work with, my dog Kiko has really enjoyed daycare with her and is always happy when I pick him up. She is very reliable and communicative and has made our first Rover experience a very good one. I will definitely continue to come to Andrea when Kiko needs a sitter!â

Ejin was great! Even though sheâll be moving soon, she was kind enough to help us while we search for a long-term daycare sitter. She sent us photos throughout Mochiâs stay, and it looked like Mochi was able to relax and get some good rest at her place. Mochi was very calm and content when she returned home. We really appreciated Ejinâs care and communication.

I cannot say enough good things about Annie, she was amazing baby sitting little 15 week doxie named Winston! He is opinionated, independent and stubborn like many puppies, but also his breed. Annie was so patient with him, every morning that I dropped him off and picked him up you could tell how much he enjoyed his stay! Routines are really important for puppies of his age - Annie wrote everything down and followed routine to the T! She also sent me so many updates throughout the day. Winston came back so happy every night! 𼰠thank you Annie!

Unfortunately, one of my dogs has cancer and I have a week of early morning trainings for work. (530a drop offs- Yikes!). Yesika is still willing to take her every day, work with the energy that she has that day, and offs care across the day (additional small meals, medication for nausea, etc). So glad that I have this resource.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your petâwhether thatâs early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Medford commute.
If your schedule changes, itâs best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dogâs fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0â7 kilograms and/or 7â18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pupâs socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dogâs pack, check the sitterâs profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dogâs vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitterâs care.
Many sitters in MA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, youâre adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justiceâs National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Roverâs commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
