I’ve cared for dogs all my life, and now that I don’t have a doggy companion of my own, I take every opportunity I can to dog-sit or walk dogs for my friends and family. I love to go on outdoor adventures and having a pup to share them with makes them that much better. I need doggy energy in my life! I thrive around animals and miss being around them all the time. I will prioritize exercise if you have a high energy dog who loves to be outside as much as I do.

Emma is great! She was super easy to communicate with from the get-go, offered a meet and greet prior, sent so many photos and updates and was super sweet and good to my dog Panther! He does so much better when he gets lots of exercise and she was really open to that/great about getting him out to run around, adventure, and even took him on a hike! Would definitely recommend and book with her again 😊.
Emma is so wonderful with our quirky, sometimes anxious dog. She's a great communicator and keeps our pup active. Highly recommend!

Great sitter and they have a large home so I was sure my dog would be totally fine roaming around and a blow to go on walks. Very responsive to messages and texts photos of my dog when they are on walks.

Schedule
My days will be shaped around your dog while they are in my care, and you will get plenty of photos to show for it. I am currently an online student in between jobs, so I will be able to keep them company, walk them, and play with them throughout all hours of the day. Every dog is different, so if they need to be active all day that’s what we’ll do. If they like to lay around all day and sleep that’s great too.

Respecting your home is a priority, as I am a guest in your space. Please communicate clearly any needs specific to your home and your pet. I understand how difficult it is to trust a stranger with not only your pet's needs, but your living space, and I am happy to be amenable in any way I can to help build that trust. If I’m caring for your dog in my home, we will meet first and discuss how we can adapt the space to their needs.
A typical day
I love to go on hikes and nature walks around Boston and always appreciate having a dog to take with me. I will cater to their ability/energy level and get them plenty of exercise. If they do well in the city I’d love to walk them around my neighborhood and take them to dog parks, coffee shops, etc. I also live in an apartment of girls who love dogs as much as I do so they will get plenty of loving attention!

- It's important for you to tell me about any of your dog's special needs/preferences, eating habits, and administration of any medications. Let me know what their energy level is like (including exercise needs) and definitely if your dog has a history of aggression.
