About: I’ve been a dog owner for the last seven years. For the last two years, my fiancé and I have had three dogs: A pug, a Shih-poo, and a beagle. Our puggy and beagle recently passed. I have experience with senior dogs, administering medication, and some puppy training. I also have experience bathing animals. I’m generous with the treats and even more generous with the snuggles! I work from 9-5 M-F but am remote on Mondays, Fridays and alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I can do drop in visits for walks any time during weekends and in the evenings and occasional afternoons during the week. We have a fenced in yard at our home, but our babies also get walks. With me, your pet will come first and always be treated like one of my own.
About: Becoming a dog mom in January 2026 has taught me so much about caring for puppies and understanding their unique needs. Over the past several months, I've gained experience with potty training, crate training, daily walks, feeding schedules, socialization, enrichment, and all the energy and love that comes with raising a puppy. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet because I would want the same for my own dog. I'm patient, dependable, and attentive to each dog's personality and routine. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving owners confidence that their furry family member is in good hands. I work full-time on a hybrid schedule, with three days working from home each week. Because I have a young puppy of my own, I spend much of my free time at home and maintain a flexible routine. This allows me to provide attentive care, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. My puppy is still learning and can be a little shy around new dogs at first, but she is friendly and typically becomes more comfortable with proper introductions and time to adjust. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. As a puppy owner, I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and close supervision. I carefully follow each pet's routine, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, medications, and any special instructions. My puppy is friendly but can be a little nervous around new dogs initially, so I take introductions slowly and always prioritize a calm, safe environment. I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your pet is being cared for like family.

About: Hi! I’m a college student and lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs, small animals, and farm animals. I’ve had my Chiweenie for the past 8 years and trained her myself from puppyhood, including obedience and reliable recall. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, anxious or reactive dogs, giving medication, and caring for multiple pets at once. One of my biggest strengths is reading dog body language and adjusting my approach to each dog’s individual needs. I can be calm and gentle with nervous dogs while also providing structure and boundaries when needed. I offer walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, boarding, and daycare. For boarding, visiting dogs can be kept completely separate from my own dog for everyone’s comfort and safety. I also have years of customer service experience, so you can count on clear communication, regular updates, and lots of photos. I’d love the opportunity to get to know your pet and provide them with safe, reliable care. Pet care is already a part of my daily routine. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I am able to dedicate time each day to walks, feeding, enrichment, playtime, and companionship. I live an active lifestyle and regularly go on long walks, hikes, and runs, so I am comfortable keeping up with high-energy dogs that need extra exercise. I work to maintain each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while in my care. My goal is to make sure every pet receives plenty of attention, activity, and individualized care. Safety is my top priority when caring for any pet. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and individual needs so I can provide care that helps them feel comfortable and secure. I have experience with puppies, anxious dogs, and reactive dogs, and I pay close attention to body language to help prevent stressful situations before they happen. In my home, visiting dogs can be kept completely separate from my own dog if needed. Outdoor time is always supervised, and I use secure leashes and long lines when appropriate. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.
“Deirdre was absolutely fantastic. I realized last-minute that I’d need a sitter to drop in on my dog over the weekend, and Deirdre not only accommodated me, but went above and beyond in providing updates and photos. Highly recommend! (And thank you so much again, Deirdre!🩷🐾)”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for family, friends and community families for years now. I have done overnight watching, pop ins for feeding and walks as well as homed dogs at my house. I have a fenced in yard available for dogs to run around in. In the surrounding yards there are other neighbors. I am very aware of surroundings when watching dogs in order to keep the dogs in a safe environment as well as others around them. I currently work as a teacher so I am home around 3 and do not work weekends. I am very active so love to go on walks! I have a fenced in yard that has dogs in the surrounding yards for your dog to run back and forth with in an enclosed area. I also have a very dog friendly neighborhood great for walking.
“Simmy took excellent care of my cat, Varys, while I was away at a conference. He is really warming up to her, and I will continue to ask her to check on Varys when I have to leave him.”

About: I’ve taken care of household animals my whole life! Whether the pets are my own, or I am taking care of my friend’s and family’s pets, I have had the responsibilities of feeding, cleaning, walking, and taking care of dogs and cats of various ages and sizes. I love bonding with pets and creating a safe space for animals. I am a teacher on summer break, so throughout August I have a lot of availability! I will also be available on evenings and weekends throughout the school year. While being there for your pets in your home, I will provide the best care and play that your pet requires! I am good at following clear directions, communicating with other people, and ensuring that all people and animals are happy at the end of the day.
About: I have been around dogs and other pets my whole life! I grew up with Rottweilers and my family currently has Bernese mountain dogs and boxers so I understand the energy that fuels these big babies. I have experience with cats along with other animals ranging from farm to reptile. I have changed dog diapers, administered medications, and have provided care from puppy to senior. My current life does not allow for a dog and I just have so much puppy love to give! I’m a teacher on summer break who also does not have much of a social life. I am very flexible currently and can fit with your schedule! I’m comfortable with what you are comfortable with! I have administered meds, changed dog diapers, and understand the importance of a watchful eye (my family dog will eat poop if she could).
About: I’m a proud dog mom to a 9 month old Golden Retriever. Through raising and training him, I’ve gained experience with puppy routines, leash walking, feeding schedules, crate training, potty training, and handling high energy dogs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and I’ll always make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine since I have a young Golden Retriever of my own. My schedule allows me flexibility for walks, drop in visits, and quality time with your fur babies throughout the week. I’m reliable, communicative, and always make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and care they need. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone, especially someone new. I’m very attentive, patient, caring, and I always want all pets to feel comfortable and loved while in my care. Raising my Golden Retriever has taught me the importance of consistency, attention, and creating a calm and positive environment for dogs. I’ll treat your fur babies as my own.
About: I am a dog lover, I just can’t have one of my own yet. I’ll make sure your dog has a day full of love, fun, and perhaps treats if you allow. I will be totally available on all days marked available! So I am free to spend an entire fun day with your dog without other distractions. My fiancé does work from home as well. I have no pets of my own so your dog will be the center of attention. They will get play time of choice, walks, snuggles, toys, treats etc.
About: My fiancé and I have been doing Rover for 3+ years! I’m a teacher, so I’m away during the day, but my fiancé works from home full-time. I also have grooming experience and know all kinds of dog behaviors. Our dog is friendly but has high anxiety, so we require a meet & greet for boarding/daycare. Walks don’t need one. We treat every pup like family! I am a teacher and not around during the day but my fiance works from home FT! Not only do you have one person caring for your dog, but TWO! There is a lot of yard space right behind my apartment. I care for your animals as I care for my own, maybe will sometimes spoil them too!
About: Growing up in a household full of pets, I have had a lot of experience caring for animals. Throughout my life, I've cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, fish, horses, and chickens. As an adult, it has been a wonderful experience adopting my very own cat, as well as being able to care for the pets of my friends and family. As a teacher, I am available after school hours, Monday-Friday, after 3 pm. I am also available on Saturdays from 12 pm to 7 pm. My hours will change during the summer, with more availability. I adopted my cat, Lacey, six years ago, and she has truly become my best friend. She is very well cared for and sees her veterinarian annually. As an indoor cat, she gets plenty of exercise through daily playtime and her favorite zoomies around the house. Lacey was diagnosed with asthma five years ago and has received consistent, attentive care ever since. When caring for your pet, I will make sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe in my care. They will receive the right balance of love, food, and play, just as I provide for Lacey. I’m also a proud chicken mom! I enjoy giving my chickens treats and watching them soak up the beautiful weather from their coop. My chickens are pets, not food, and they are cared for with the same love and attention.
