“This was my first time using Rover and had an amazing experience with Isabelle. She got back to me right away and was able to come meet my dogs next day. She has a lot of experience with dog care and exceeded all expectations!! I would 100% recommend her to anyone in the area and will be using her again in the future. Thank you, Isabelle for making things so easy for me.”

“I appreciate Barry getting my pups out on short notice while I couldn’t be home with them! I feel bad leaving them for long days, but have comfort knowing they get some time outside along with care and attention while I’m away!”

About: Hi! I’m Nayane, 24 😊 Married, dog mom to Rocky 🐶 and a hard worker with two jobs. I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, and in my free time I love looking after pets and saving up for mine and my husband’s dreams. As a pet mom, I truly understand the love and attention your furry baby deserves 🤍 I work all day on Saturdays and Mondays (my husband is usually home in case we have a bording. From Tuesday through Friday i work a 3-6 job next to home! I live in a dog proof apartment when i take dogs outside they are always leashed and i also have a 1 year old dog!
About: I have experience caring for both energetic dogs who need structure and movement, as well as more sensitive pets who benefit from patience, gentle routines, and clear communication. I’m organized, responsive, and great at managing schedules—skills I use every day in my professional work and bring directly into pet care. I pay attention to details, follow instructions carefully, and make sure owners feel fully informed while they’re away. I’m a reliable and attentive weekend pet sitter based in Boston, and I take pride in creating a calm, safe, and caring environment for every animal I look after. I work a full-time remote job during the week, but on weekends I’m fully dedicated to pet care—whether that means long walks, dedicated playtime, or simply keeping your pet company and relaxed at home. As someone who values consistency and trust, I make sure every pet gets thoughtful, individualized attention. Whether your pet needs slow, steady walks, a playful activities, or lots of affection, I’m here to help your weekend feel stress-free. If you’re looking for a sitter who is responsible, communicative, and truly loves spending her weekends with animals, I’d love to support you and your pet!
About: Dogs have always been part of my life — I grew up with Labs (chocolate and yellow!) and now I’m the go-to sitter for my sister and friends (including those “can you watch him tomorrow?!” moments ☺️). Since we’re waiting until we buy a house to get our own dog, I pour all that extra love and energy into the pups I watch. That means lots of walks, playtime, attention, and a cozy, relaxed home environment. I’m reliable, organized, and big on communication. You’ll get updates, photos, and peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is for your dog to feel like they’re staying with a trusted friend. Caring for dogs genuinely brings me joy, and I treat every one like they’re my own. If your pup loves snuggles, structure, and someone who genuinely enjoys having them around, we’ll be a great match. These days, I’m the go-to sitter for my sister and close friends — including plenty of last-minute “can you watch them tomorrow?” requests — so I’m very comfortable jumping in and making dogs feel safe and at home right away. I work a hybrid schedule and am home three days during the week. I’m naturally a homebody on nights and weekends. I love slow, cozy weekends with long walks and time at home, which means your dog gets lots of attention, supervision, and companionship. I live in a quiet, dog-friendly townhouse with a calm, cozy environment and no other pets, so your pup gets plenty of attention and space to relax. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I’m very intentional about exercise and outdoor time. I’m surrounded by several safe walking paths and parks that I regularly use when caring for my sister’s and friends’ dogs. I’m an active walker (I usually aim for 13–15k steps a day!), so I’m happy to tailor walks to your dog’s needs — whether that’s frequent shorter potty breaks, long energy-burning walks, or a mix of both. I truly enjoy having a four-legged companion with me and make sure they get plenty of fresh air, stimulation, and movement. Inside, my home stays clean, secure, and low-stress. Dogs are always supervised, leashed on walks, and never left alone for long periods. I also follow your routines closely — including feeding schedules, crate training, medications, and any special instructions — so your dog feels safe and at home. My goal is to provide a comfortable, loving environment where you can feel completely confident your pup is cared for like family.
About: I worked with ARL Boston, where I gained expertise on animal behavior and training, nutrition, and basic veterinary care procedures such as vaccinations, insulin injections, and treating a variety of ailments. I encountered a variety of animal breeds of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, from sharky puppies to old grouchy senior dogs who despise going inside after a good stroll. In addition, I majored in animal science in high school and am currently pursuing courses in animal behavior and zoology in college. I am available on weekdays and weekends with a minimum of one day's notice. On same-day notice, I may still be available and accepting requests, so please contact me. However, with shorter notice, it is less likely that I will be available. In the client's house, I’m going to use caution when meeting their animal (I am in their space and need to make a positive first impression). Even if they are known to be pleasant, I will still take my time getting to know them. This allows me to earn an animal's trust while ensuring that I am aware of their behavioral cues and handling preferences. Once mutual trust is established, we’ll have a great time enjoying all of their favorite activities together while staying safe.

About: Something I think sets me apart from other sitters is my experience working at a doggy-daycare. That environment and the chaos that comes along with it has prepared me to take care of any dog of any size. Likewise, last summer I spent approximately 2 months unofficially training and dog-sitting a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, so I have experience in taking care of younger dogs as well. I also have a bulldog at home, so I have a deep understanding in what it takes to take care of dogs of that nature. Starting Mid-May I will be interning, so depending on my hours I may be more avaiable in the afternoon or mornings. However, that means I have every Sunday free and would be able to pop-in and out frequently. We have an electric fence for my dog, but she does not wear her collar (classic bulldog) so we make sure she is supervised at all times. I will not let any dogs play unsupervised and would only bring them on agreed upon areas to walk, or anything else owners permit.
About: I’ve cared for animals since a young age, mainly dogs and cats. I have a rescue dog of my own who I trained myself, as well as a senior cat with medical needs who is thriving. My neighbors trust me to care for their dogs with medical needs while they are away, and most recently, I started walking dogs during the day time and offering house visits while pet owners are away at work or vacationing. I love spending time outdoors and getting to know your pet and offering them the critical exercise and companionship they need to live a long healthy life! When my cat was young, we had the most wonderful cat sitter who was very in tune with animals and I said I wanted to start my own business one day like her. Well, here I am! I look forward to hearing from you to discuss your pet care needs. I enjoy walking dogs or making house visits during the week days when my children are at school (mornings, mid day, and early afternoon). I’m also available for evening and overnight visits in your home on a case by case basis. I’m looking to find clients who I can grow with and essentially become a part of the family. For now I’m offering care in your home or visits with your dog like walks, hikes, or play groups at an outdoor dog park. For overnight visits, I recommend visits 3 times in the day: once in the morning time for breakfast and a walk, once again in the afternoon, and then a night time visit as well before bedtime.
“Jeremy was great with our dog! Always made sure to send multiple photos and give daily updates on his drop in visits. Highly recommend their services and will reuse in the future.”

About: I can handle dogs of all different breeds and love to treat them with the love and respect they deserve! I love what I do! I am currently working a full time job during the week Monday through Friday, so weekends work best for me to be able to take care of dogs. I can easily crate a dog if needed and will use what is needed at my clients house to be able to keep the dog safe and sound.
“Michael was amazing all around! He went above and beyond in many ways. He got out girls tennis balls, he cleaned up poop in the yard from previous days when I was too lazy to pick it up myself, took care of our cat even though we didn’t ask him to. He even took extra trips on his own time when I got stuck at work! Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up on a dairy farm. Have had pets all my life. My primary job for the past 15 years has been caring for the elderly. I'd like the opportunity to care for more fur babies !! I work each day of the week, but would be available early mornings and/ or evenings. I am pretty flexible Just let me know : ) Flexible to the owners needs to care for their pets in a way they prefer. With some extra TLC free of charge of course !!

“Isabella was excellent. From the pictures of our dog Janet to her attention to detail and even getting a snapshot of our elusive cat, she communicated great and our animals were well taken care of. Will definitely book with her again.”

“Elizabeth did a fantastic job taking care of our cat. Our normally very shy kitty, responded to her immediately. Elizabeth sent us videos throughout her time with Liesl, so comforting to us. Everything was done according to our instructions. Elizabeth is a conscientious caretaker, we would highly recommend her. Worth every penny. Thank you, Elizabeth, you’re a gem!”

About: I grew up with a dog, have one now, and have watched friend's and family's pets for years. I'm comfortable giving dogs medicine including insulin shots. I've also gone through puppy training. I have lots of love and pets to give to your pup! We do have our own dog, Lily, who is a 3 year old Beagle and gets along with other dogs really well. Our yard is fenced in and has plenty of room to run or lounge. Dogs are allowed on the furniture/bed and even encouraged for those special snuggles. Our house is on a quiet dead-end street so there is no traffic. Since we already have a dog, fitting one more dog into our schedule is very easy. I WFH 4 days a week and have the flexibility to WFH all days when dog sitting if needed. We have a doggie door that allows dogs to go in and out to the fully fenced yard. It's easy for most dogs to learn but if your dog doesn't like it or is too big we will do regular potty breaks. We do play time in the morning at our house and walks in the afternoon and evening. For the weekends we can do morning and evening walks with lots of play time and of course naps. Safety for your dog is a top priority. Our fenced in yard also has motion sensor lighting for the night so they can always be seen. If we notice any competition over a toy or any item, we will remove it. Our dog Lily is submissive overall but sometimes gets interested in what another dog is doing. I want Lily to be happy, healthy, and safe and I extend that level of care to every dog that stays here.
About: I have a 3 year old Golden Doodle named Cooper who I absolutely love! He keeps me happy and he is such a funny dog. Ever since getting a dog Ive realised how much I care for them :). I love to take my dog on walks on the beach and he really enjoys the water too. I always make sure to bring his favourite toys and pack extra water to fill in the portable water container. Another one of our favourite spots is the dog park! My dog loves to run around and be free with the other dogs. I have also have had a cat since I was 6 she's been around for a while now and was the beginning of my love for animals. Everyday I am with my dog playing or getting him treats! We go outside for walks often and he's the best cuddle buddy. My cat and him don't get along sometime but they still play together. I will care for pets the same way I care for mine, and with the instructions of the owner. I know all animals are different so it depends on the animal and owner!
Rockland dog parents share their Rover experiences
I booked last minute with Kelly, and she was fantastic with Benny. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and made him feel comfortable right away. She sent pictures and updates throughout, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. It meant a lot knowing he was in such good hands. I would absolutely book with her again!
Brendan openly communicated before we booked and helped through the process. Our situated was unique as we stayed on a military reservation in our camper. He was able to follow step by step instructions to get to our location and had no issues. He sent pics of our pup every time and communicated timelines. Thank you Brendan!
