About: Hello! My name is Andie and I work at VCA South Shore Hospital in ER, ICU, Neurology and Internal Medicine as a technician assistant and have prior TA experience at Old Derby Animal Hospital. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I previously went to the University of Arizona for 3 years studying animal sciences and transferred my junior year to return to the East Coast. I also have some experience with a handful of farm animals from my time at the UofA. Additionally some of my experience comes from working on home farms taking care of horses and alpacas; all of this meaning my knowledge of animals is extensive to give the best care for your furry friends! I have always had the passion for animal care and medicine which is why after graduating I will be continuing my schooling to be a CVT and hopefully someday a veterinarian. A few years back I had participated in boarding through Rover, but after a hiatus I decided to come back to continue with walks and drop in visits because even outside of my main job I love to be around animals! We have a small family dog, but other than that I have rescue retired racing greyhound, Moose, who has travelled far and wide with me. My pets also include many fish, a leopard gecko, chickens and ducks! All this being said, I would absolutely love the opportunity to be alongside your best friends and scratch the itch to spend as much time with animals as I can! I am currently working full time at VCA Animal Hospital where I can do Sat, Sun and Mon anytime. I am open to doing drop ins and walks. It would really help potentially putting me in a position for veterinary school! I take care of your pets like they are my own. I think every one has their own needs and personality, there is no "one size fits all" for any animal. I try to learn your pet on an individual level!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats as pets throughout my whole life (also including chickens and goats!) I’ve been the primary caretaker of 2 cats and 1 senior dog over the last 6 years. I am skilled with basic pet care, and I pay close attention to pet’s specific needs (ex: special diet, unique quirks, injury/vet care). Animals have a special place in my heart. I’ve helped stray cats, I’ve pulled over for loose dogs on the road, I donate to the local animal shelter, and I consider animal welfare even while grocery shopping. My family jokingly calls me the “animal whisperer” and they often turn to me for pet advice. I’m a firm believer that pets aren’t just animals, they are part of the family. I’m currently working full time during the weekday, so I’m a great fit for evening/night shifts! I’m available for evening walks or any other drop in tasks. I’m also available on the weekends (as needed and varies) and I can be available for any pet care needed during weekend trips. I do multiple physical checks throughout the day to make sure my pets are accounted for and aren’t in any distress or messy situations. I also make sure that there are no open doors or windows left unattended. I make sure that the floors and counters are clean of food or any small items, ensuring that my pets won’t try to eat something they shouldn’t. If something seems off with my pets’ behavior, I always inspect them and/or do research to determine if a vet call is needed or not. Lastly, I follow my pets’ feeding routines and porch time routines, and of course spend time playing and cuddling.

About: I’ve always had a genuine love for dogs and have been a lifelong pet owner. Over the last 10 years, I’ve cared for my own dogs as well as the pets of family and friends, giving me experience with pups of all ages, sizes, and personalities. After recently saying goodbye to my sweet boxer girl after her battle with cancer, I’m looking forward to filling my days with more tail wags, fetch, and the happiness dogs bring. I know how much our dogs mean to us and how important it is for them to feel loved, stay active, and get plenty of attention. Whether your pup needs walks, playtime, cuddles, boarding, or just some extra care while you’re away, I’d love the chance to spoil them like they’re my own! I have a flexible schedule during the week and am available Monday through Friday to provide reliable care, walks, and companionship for your pet. I’m happy to work with your dog’s routine and find times that fit their needs, whether that means a morning walk, midday visit, or extra attention throughout the day. I also offer boarding in my home, where I can provide a comfortable, caring environment with plenty of love, attention, and a routine that helps your dog feel relaxed and at home while you’re away. I have a fenced-in yard in a quiet neighborhood, giving dogs plenty of room to explore, play, and enjoy some outdoor time in a secure environment. I also have plenty of space inside my home for dogs to settle in, including the option to crate if that is part of their normal routine. I understand that every dog has different comfort levels and needs, and I’m happy to follow the routines and preferences that make them feel most at ease. For dogs who enjoy the water, I also have a pool where they can cool off and have some fun during the summer. My goal is to provide a safe, loving environment where dogs can relax, play, and feel like part of the family.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Currently in my house, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats that I help take care of. I have been on Rover for about 6 years. I am an elementary teacher and high school girls basketball coach. I am currently on summer break since I am an elementary teacher. This means that I have a lot of free time because I am not working anywhere else. I am a very active person, so I love playing with all dogs and taking them on nice, long walks. I have also been around dogs and cats my whole life, so I love spending time with all animals.

About: I have taken care of several family and friends dogs over the past few years. I have my own pets at home, Stark is my husky and Baloo and Jasmine are my German Shepherds. I’m used to small and big dogs alike! My 2 shepherds I raised from birth, so puppies are definitely okay with me! During the school year, I am a Kindergarten teacher during the day. I’m looking to save for a house and pay down student loans while seeing some cute fur babies! I am currently home for summer break, so I am available for week days and weekends. Once school starts, I will only be open to doing weekends and evenings. I will love your pet as if they were my own! About: I’ve taken care of and owned pets for my whole life. I currently have a sweet 18 year old cockapoo puppy and 5 chickens. Our family loves our pets as family members. About: Hello Canine Parents, I love and welcome dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. While you are away, I will feed, walk and play with your with puppy or dog with love and compassion. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully monitor interactions and create a calm environment where your fur-baby can relax and enjoy themselves. I will care for your dog as if they were my own! My schedule would be based on your dog's needs. I am available for daily check-ins, over night stays and daily walks. Your dog's needs come first. When caring for your dog in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal, comfortable and stress free as possible. I will follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, portion sizes, treats, medications and any special dietary needs. Fresh water will always be available. Daily walks and exercise would be tailored to your dog's age, energy level and your preferences. Exercise could be a short/long walk, short bathroom breaks, playtime in the yard or indoor activities. Companionship, affection and attention are a must when caring for your pet.

About: I’ve taken care of a lot of dogs over the years and i have my own dog as well. I love them and i’ll take care of them like they are mine 💖 I work from home so i’ll be here to incorporate whatever schedule your dog may have. How many walks and feeds you would like i can provide that. I live in an apartment but i have a park near me where i can take your dog for a walk. I can also take the dog to a dog a park if you prefer. I have a dog in the house but she is small and very friendly with other dogs.

About: As a former teacher & current attorney, I love research, learning & value being prepared. I'll take the same approach when caring for your pet. I am attentive and responsive. I have researched how to care for dogs and behaviors that should raise concerns, and I acknowledge that every dog is different, so a custom approach to care is required. I am eager to meet you and learn about your care routine and expectations so I can make sure your pet feels like you never left. I am a full-time attorney and landlord, so I do not have any pets, but I love and miss spending time with them which is why this role is perfect. I no longer live with a pet, but in my prior apartment, my roommate had a kitten, so we worked together to train and take care of him. It required a lot of patience. Care included feeding him, providing water, monitoring the litter box, researching and implementing effective ways to deter unwanted behaviors, making the house cat-friendly.

About: I have taken care of dogs of ever since I was 9. I love to run and walk with dogs! I hope I have to pleasure of taking care of your dog /dogs! ❤️ My schedule in the summer is complete free. I am very flexible and mostly always available. If something conflicts with a scheduling I will notify you at least one day beforehand! For Dog Walking: As I mentioned before I love long and short run as well as walks! Drop in visits will consist feeding, potty breaks and affection of course!

About: I am a go to for dog or cat sitting when it comes to my family and friends. Growing up my family always had dogs ranging from golden retrievers and chihuahuas. I currently have a cat of my own who is my work from home bestie. I work full time from home so have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I have one furry child of my own, but that is all! I always ensure that pets have a clean and comfy environment. For my own cat, I know that this helps her stress while I am away.
