About: Hi! I’m a college student and experienced dog handler with a strong interest in dog training and behavior. I’ve trained my own dog from very little training to advanced obedience, excellent loose-leash walking, and highly reliable recall, including around wildlife and other major distractions. I’m especially comfortable with high-energy, anxious, reactive, and strong-willed dogs. I pay close attention to body language and adjust my approach to each dog, whether they need structure, exercise, mental stimulation, or simply time to feel comfortable. I enjoy long walks, running, sniffing and decompression walks, and using long lines to give dogs freedom while keeping them safely secured. I also naturally reinforce basic obedience and good leash manners during my stays. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, seniors, dogs who pull, dogs needing medication, and pets with more hands-on care requirements. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and provide lots of photos and regular, detailed updates so you always know how your pet is doing. Pet care is already a part of my daily routine. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I’m able to dedicate time each day to walks, feeding, enrichment, playtime, and companionship. I live an active lifestyle and regularly go on long walks, hikes, and runs, so I’m comfortable keeping up with high-energy dogs that need extra exercise. I work to maintain each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while in my care. Safety is my top priority when caring for any pet. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and individual needs so I can provide care that helps them feel comfortable and secure. I have experience with puppies, anxious dogs, and reactive dogs, and I pay close attention to body language to help prevent stressful situations before they happen. In my home, visiting dogs can be kept completely separate from my own dog if needed. Outdoor time is always supervised, and I use secure leashes and long lines when appropriate. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I have been pet sitting for 15 years. I am a certified veterinary technician, with over 15 years of clinical experience. I am qualified and willing to administer medications if needed. I'm currently working part time at an animal hospital, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pup. The few days that I go into work, I come home at lunch time to let the dogs out for a potty break. I have a fenced in yard and one friendly dog of my own to give your pet some company. I live in walking distance to borderland state park, and can take your dog(s) on leash walks if more exercise is ideal. I am able to crate your dog if needed. I have multiple dog beds / couches for your dog to relax on.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs all my life. Dog sitting for my aunt for when she went on vacation and cat sitting for friends and co workers! I love animals and would love to help others as well! I am currently employed at Mansfield deli. I usually work 5-7 days a week but my schedule varies. I get my schedule on a weekly basis so I’m not really sure of my schedule ahead of time but I normally work the same hours every week! Unfortunately I am not able to have other animals in my home due to having my own cats and dogs but I would love to care for other animals in the homes they are comfortable in. About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, starting when I got my first pup at age 5. My dog Baxter lived to 18, giving me years of experience in all stages of a dog’s life—from playful puppyhood to senior care. I currently have a 9 month old boxer and a 2 year old betta fish. I grew up with two chihuahuas as well. I previously fostered a 140 pound pitbull/american bulldog and had 4 cats! I will provide love and care to your sweet pets as if they were my own. I am currently working full time as a nurse and will only be available on weekends or Friday evenings. I will also be available on Thursday evening as well! I will be able to take care of your animal however you need. I can administer medications as needed and provide medical care as well. Whatever you need, I can do it for you!

About: Hi! I've had two dogs in my lifetime, and have experience at a dog day care training facility for 2+ years. I have experience in walking and pet sitting for both dogs and cats. About: I have had dogs my entire life and they are so important to me; I have two dogs currently, one of whom is medically complex and requires several medications 3x a day to prevent seizures. I do everything I can to give my dogs the best life I can and am passionate about doing so for all of our furry friends! If I could adopt more dogs I would but my husband would divorce me! I’m therefore hoping Rover will help me make a difference for more dogs in the world while reassuring their human companions that they are in good hands! My current work schedule will allow me to have about 3.5 full days off of work every day which will allow me to spend some quality time with your fur baby and giving them the attention they deserve, whether that’s going on a walk or just giving some snuggles! I will make your pet’s safety my highest priority, followed by their happiness as a close second! I will communicate openly with you and do my very best to provide the best possible care for your special friend!

About: Growing up in a household full of pets, I have had a lot of experience caring for animals. Throughout my life, I've cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, fish, horses, and chickens. As an adult, it has been a wonderful experience adopting my very own cat, as well as being able to care for the pets of my friends and family. As a teacher, I am available after school hours, Monday-Friday, after 3 pm. I am also available on Saturdays from 12 pm to 7 pm. My hours will change during the summer, with more availability. I adopted my cat, Lacey, six years ago, and she has truly become my best friend. She is very well cared for and sees her veterinarian annually. As an indoor cat, she gets plenty of exercise through daily playtime and her favorite zoomies around the house. Lacey was diagnosed with asthma five years ago and has received consistent, attentive care ever since. When caring for your pet, I will make sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe in my care. They will receive the right balance of love, food, and play, just as I provide for Lacey. I’m also a proud chicken mom! I enjoy giving my chickens treats and watching them soak up the beautiful weather from their coop. My chickens are pets, not food, and they are cared for with the same love and attention.
