About: I've worked with dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, and currently have my own lab who is going through extensive obedience training, as well as participating in dock diving and Fast CAT races. I am a remote employee, so I am available weekdays for walks, drop in's, and house sitting. I do travel a bit, so sometimes I might not be available, but I do have a consistent schedule that allows for advance acknowledgment I know lots of good hiking and play spots around town, and have safety crates in my car for any transportation. My own pup will gladly join and is super friendly, however she's also ok staying back if your pup is more a solo party.

During our meet and greet our dog, moose, warmed up to her very quickly (which is rare for moose) and this past week she took care off our cat, Lynx while we were away and it went great. Katie was on-time for visits and provided updates and photos every time. We just got home and Lynx is calm and happy and her box is clean. About: I have taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes. I often pet sit for puppies only a few months old, and cared for my senior girl as her mobility decreased. I have also taken care of dogs that followed strict diets and medication routines. Providing the care that your dog requires to keep them happy and healthy is my priority! Whether they prefer to take it easy and chill on the couch, or go on long walks and play fetch for hours, I will adapt and ensure your pup is happy. I am currently finishing up my master’s degree, and am doing my internship part time during the week. My schedule is flexible for the days that I provided availability, so I am happy to adapt to your needs! I am happy to follow the safety guidelines and routines that you have set for your pet. I have a fenced in yard at my home for my pets, and they roam in and out all day. However, I have also watched pets without a fenced in yard that needed to be leashed when they go outside so I am happy to adapt and supervise your dog just as you would! If you prefer to crate your dog when they are indoors, I will happily do so as well so as to not impact your pet’s sense of normalcy and the rules they need to follow. If you prefer your dog to be alone on walks, I’d be happy to walk them in places where there are few other people or dogs around so that they feel safe.

I'm currently working part time at an animal hospital, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pup. The few days that I go into work, I come home at lunch time to let the dogs out for a potty break. I have a fenced in yard and one friendly dog of my own to give your pet some company. I live in walking distance to borderland state park, and can take your dog(s) on leash walks if more exercise is ideal. I am able to crate your dog if needed. I have multiple dog beds / couches for your dog to relax on.

I take the pups for lots of walks around the neighborhood. I can pick up and drop off. Ask and I can accommodate! Also trained in working with very elderly pups who have seizures, need medication and are higher needs.
