I can easily take them out for regular bathroom breaks, walks, and playtime, while also giving them lots of love and cuddles throughout the day. I love having a furry companion around while I work! She agreed to watch Penny even though it was a last minute request, paid attention to the unique and quirky behaviors I told her about and kept me updated everyday. I was nervous to leave Penny with someone I didn’t know last minute but Monica relieved my worries and stress. Penny got to hang out with her lab Dakota and romp around everyday in their outdoor area which was great for Penny. I have been dog sitting for 6 years and I did dog walking for a year. I have a fenced in backyard and I live on a dead end street. “We couldn’t be happier with the care Matt and Patty provided for our Golden Retriever during the 10 nights we were out of the country. From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care. We were able to visit their home beforehand, and they have a wonderful setup, including a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for him to play. Throughout our trip, Matt and Patty sent us frequent updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. They took him on daily walks around the neighborhood, gave him lots of attention, and it was very clear that he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. What really stood out to us was how they handled a day when he wasn’t feeling well and developed some stomach issues. Matt immediately contacted us, proactively made an appointment with the vet, and made sure we were comfortable with him taking our dog in to be seen. Afterward, Matt and Patty followed the vet’s recommendations closely and even cooked rice and beef for his meals for several days while his stomach recovered. They truly cared for him as if he were their own. When we returned, we came home to a very happy puppy, and we could tell he had been loved and well cared for the entire time. Rackeem and Max welcomed Rico on short notice when I needed last-minute support and they made everything easy. Now, Rico gets excited every time we enter the neighborhood and I feel totally comfortable leaving him there. The yard is a big plus. Rico loves to be outside, has energy to burn, and has a friend in Max. He comes home settled and happy. Highly recommend.
Monica was absolutely amazing with Bruno! This was our first time leaving our puppy, so we were definitely a little nervous, but Monica made the whole experience so much easier. She gave us great suggestions to help Bruno feel comfortable and took such wonderful care of him.
