“This was our second time boarding with Maribel. Our dog went into the house and interacted with the household like they were family. He seemed happy to stay with them. She was very responsive and sent a lot of pictures and videos. Great experience.”

“We left our dog with Lyndsey and Evan while we were on vacation, and he had a vacation of his own! He had long walks every day and lots of playtime with their dog. We got photo updates every day. We don't feel guilty leaving him because we know he is well taken care of.”

“They were absolutely amazing and so quick to respond whenever we had a question. Thank you so much for watching our little guy! Would highly recommend ⭐️”

“Jhonnari and Mike were absolutely wonderful! They took care of my dog as if he was their own. I received daily updates and photos of Yoda playing with their adorable pups. Cannot recommend them enough!”
“Monica took such great care of our 9 month old golden retriever puppy Winter!!! She gave us lots of updates and her dog Dakota seemed like a great companion for Winter. It seemed like they played non stop and barely gave our dog anytime to miss us! Winter was even in heat and Monica was completely unphased and knew exactly what to do to keep Winter clean and happy. 10/10 I could not recommend Monica enough!”

“Will definitely rebook with Stephen and Cecilia. My pup was well taken care of and they were great with communication, photos, and updates. Thanks so much you guys!”
“Richard took such great care of our dog Kaiser while we were away for a week. Kaiser is a special dog who tends to get anxiety in new places, and Richard was very patient with him to get him to eat, and he took him on a lot of walks in the woods, which Kaiser loves. He also provided us with regular pictures and updates. Will definitely be using Richard again!”

“We have used many sitters for our dog, and Casey was at the top! She took excellent care of our boy while on vacation. Thank you Casey! We definitely recommend her and will dial her in the future.”
“We loved working with Amy and Jonathan. They were so welcoming to our dogs and we absolutely loved the picture updates we received while we were away. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs with them.”

“My babies were so well cared for and loved by this family. I can’t say enough good things. If you want your fur babies to be treated like family Alysia is the way to go.”

“Alyson was amaze balls. I got daily updates she alerted me to anything she deemed out of the ordinary with Tuna. He loves Alyson and her Daughter! Would recommend wholeheartedly”

“Great experience boarding Summer for 3 days! They sent updates daily and were very easy to communicate with. They even got Summer special treats!”

“Debbie was fantastic with Paloma. She sent pictures every day and worked to win over my nervous pup. Paloma clearly enjoyed being with her dogs, and I am so happy to have found someone who Paloma is comfortable with!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - South Walpole
Dennis took great care of my two dogs. They obviously had a wonderful time playing, going on nice walks, and being welcomed to his family: his daughters were superb with my pups as well. In addition, Dennis was also very proactive in getting in touch with me and easy to communicate. Excellent care and experience!

My dogs; Louie and Paislee, have the BEST time with Lyndsey, Evan, and Rollie. They come back so tired, relaxed, and happy. They go for long walks daily, I get photo updates daily, and they never leave the dogs alone for long. They even let my bed hogs sleep in bed with them. We will always leave our dogs here when we travel!!

Seneca had a wonderful time with Christine and her family! He was smiling in all the pictures she shared with us every day, in fact he looked so happy we were not sure he would want to come home! Thank you Christine for taking such great care of our little man! Seneca hopes to spend another vacation week with you soon.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
