A typical day
I like to tailor each day to their personality and routine. Whether that’s going for walks, playing, offering enrichment, or just relaxing and getting lots of pets. I make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. My goal is to keep their day as close to what they’re used to at home, with plenty of love and attention along the way!

Pet care experience
I was an animal care manager for five years. I oversaw all care for various different species, ensuring they all received the best care possible and to the company’s protocol. I have also volunteered at a local shelter for the past two years, which has led me to do lots of pet sitting outside of the shelter for fellow volunteers. I have also done lots of semi-feral cat socialization in foster homes to help aid stray cats into becoming adoptable! I love dogs as well and have always been around dogs my whole life. I enjoy pet sitting so much and I strive to make your pet as happy as possible!

Julia has a kind, gentle and fun way with animals. She has worked with a wide variety of animals. Prior to her initial visit, Julia was easy to communicate with regarding my wishes and concerns. During her visit with my 4 year old Portuguese Water Dog, she exceeded my expectations. She has a great attention to details. My dog was all smiles in the pics from her visit and seemed less needy than usual for my attention when I returned home from work that day. I have booked Julia for regular future visits and would highly recommend her to other pet parents!
