About: Hi, my name is Karen. I've had all sorts of of animals my whole life. I'm well known for bringing home surprise pets. My children have both moved out so I'm free to come to your home for overnights, check-in visits, walks, feedings, etc. Whatever you need, I'm here to help with. I'll be your best friends 2nd best friend! I am currently free to work any time of day. I'm available for Day visits, overnights, check ins, etc. Weekdays or weekends, I can help! I'm unable at the moment to board but I am able to come to clients homes. I believe in helping your pets to be as stress free as possible in your absence. I strive to be 2nd best to you.

About: I'm 100% an animal lover! I've had 3 dogs growing up and multiple cats. I’ve also had 3 male Nigerian dwarf goats! I currently have 3 dogs, Hazel, Lexi, and Timber and a cat! About: Iv taken care of dogs my whole life. I currently work for my Mom who boards, sits and walks dogs. I’m very flexible with requests and my goal is to make your pet feel at home! i have taken a Pet cpr class and feel confident in helping a pet in need I have a flexible schedule. My home has a fully fenced back yard in a private neighborhood. I currently do pickups and drop offs for Dogs in my area and I’m looking to expand! Iv worked with all kinds of dogs, reactive, not trained you name it! My main goal is making your pet feel at home!! Safety is my number one priority. I offer pick ups and drops offs for clients in surrounding areas. My home is in a quiet neighborhood and I have a fully fenced backyard. I can easily provide your pet with playtime with or without other dogs.

About: i have been house sitting/ dog sitting and walking for years with different family’s. I have been able to successfully train and teach dogs skills. I don’t currently have a job so I have plenty of time to look after animals! I can do any time of the day and any day of the week! I am very observant and hands on so your animal will never be left alone or have eyes taken off of them. I have also watched many animals so I have experience with that.

About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.

About: I began professionally working with animals roughly 9 years ago. At 13 I started at my local board and groom kennel where I bathed and cared for all our guests. I then started working for a private dog trainer until I was 15. I now work at petco and own my own pup. About: I am recently retired firefighter, who has loved owned and taken care of dogs all my life. I’ve recently retired and decided I’d like to take care of dogs and help them with their best lives. I am recently retired, and available to care for dogs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I am available for dog walking. I also offer trail walks that are two hours. Come to your home pick up your dog and we take a ride to a nearby walking trail. Your dog is secured with a safety harness for the ride. I am a caring, compassionate, professional dog Walker that is also available for overnight stays with your pup or pups. I also offer trail walking, which is two hours. I come pick up your pooch and we take a short ride to one of the many beautiful walking trails in the area. Your pooch will be secured in a dog safety harness for the ride.

About: I have been in the caring business since my teenage years - babysitting my younger siblings, caring for my family dog, running a summer enrichment program for at risk youth, caring for horses at a dude ranch and a western suburbs farm, minding many friends' dogs, and wrangling my own two senior dogs - brother and sister, now 14 years old. (But, so rambunctious for their first 10+ years). I love dogs and will care for your dog just as you would. One of my dogs is now blind and the other requires daily subcutaneous fluids so I am willing and able to help out with any of your pet's special needs as well..... I know how stressful it can be to ensure a routine is kept. Pet first aid and CPR certified. I am currently on a full time job hunt in marketing analytics and very available (with notice) to care for your dogs most days and evenings as I can search and do freelance work remotely. Depending on your dog's needs I can usually provide bathroom breaks every 4 hours in between errands, etc. My calendar will be updated to show days I plan to be away. At this time, I can care for pets in my client's home. I do need to bring my dogs for the overnight portion of the stay but will keep them separate in a room/space of your choosing during the evening (and on bedroom floor at night). They are very dog friendly just very sleepy and do well snoozing someplace quiet.

About: I’ve always loved animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’m caring, patient, responsible, and will treat every pet like they’re my own. I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and get plenty of attention while in my care. I am currently enrolled in an automotive program! I am looking for a job where I can temporarily make my own schedule. I am available most days after 3:30pm, depending on location. I have availability everyday except sundays. My home is very safe for animals. I live in a douplex with other family members. I have my own floor separated from all of the animals. I live in a neighborhood where I can walk them, and I am very close to a nice walking trail as well! I do live on the third floor so animals with bad hips may not be a good fit!

About: Hi! My name is Abby and I am 36 years old. I work from home Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. I have been watching pets since I was a kid! My uncle next door had a dog who had 3 litters of golden retriever mixes. I helped him raise and take care of them. In college, I was a nanny for a family with a lab and black cat. When they were out of town I took care of their pets. I nannied for a second family a few years later and babysat their golden retriever, bunny, and 2 persian cats when they would go on vacation as well. At times I would also babysit my sister’s chihuahua mix overnight. I had two cats for about 10 years.I also own two sugar gliders. I have a miniature pincher mix, she is the friendliest dog and gets along with any dog or person. Couch potato all day kind of dog but loves to go play with other dogs at the dog park. Pets and children are my specialty. I love all animals even if I am allergic to most of them :). I work from home mon-fri 7am-3pm. My dog gets me out of the house and if she has a friend to walk with or visit, it would be a fun playdate for her as well! I have given meds to both my cats since they are seniors. My sister’s dog had pills she had to take as well, which i would do when i babysat her. I am pretty easy going with what i need to do for who ever asks me to watch their pets because I care about what they need. I am the girl at a friends house playing with their cat and dog most of the time.

About: I have had dogs my entire life and they are so important to me; I have two dogs currently, one of whom is medically complex and requires several medications 3x a day to prevent seizures. I do everything I can to give my dogs the best life I can and am passionate about doing so for all of our furry friends! If I could adopt more dogs I would but my husband would divorce me! I’m therefore hoping Rover will help me make a difference for more dogs in the world while reassuring their human companions that they are in good hands! My current work schedule will allow me to have about 3.5 full days off of work every day which will allow me to spend some quality time with your fur baby and giving them the attention they deserve, whether that’s going on a walk or just giving some snuggles! I will make your pet’s safety my highest priority, followed by their happiness as a close second! I will communicate openly with you and do my very best to provide the best possible care for your special friend!

About: Hello! My name is Andie and I work at VCA South Shore Hospital in ER, ICU, Neurology and Internal Medicine as a technician assistant and have prior TA experience at Old Derby Animal Hospital. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I previously went to the University of Arizona for 3 years studying animal sciences and transferred my junior year to return to the East Coast. I also have some experience with a handful of farm animals from my time at the UofA. Additionally some of my experience comes from working on home farms taking care of horses and alpacas; all of this meaning my knowledge of animals is extensive to give the best care for your furry friends! I have always had the passion for animal care and medicine which is why after graduating I will be continuing my schooling to be a CVT and hopefully someday a veterinarian. A few years back I had participated in boarding through Rover, but after a hiatus I decided to come back to continue with walks and drop in visits because even outside of my main job I love to be around animals! We have a small family dog, but other than that I have rescue retired racing greyhound, Moose, who has travelled far and wide with me. My pets also include many fish, a leopard gecko, chickens and ducks! All this being said, I would absolutely love the opportunity to be alongside your best friends and scratch the itch to spend as much time with animals as I can! I am currently working full time at VCA Animal Hospital where I can do Sat, Sun and Mon anytime. I am open to doing drop ins and walks. It would really help potentially putting me in a position for veterinary school! I take care of your pets like they are my own. I think every one has their own needs and personality, there is no "one size fits all" for any animal. I try to learn your pet on an individual level!

About: I’m a devoted dog lover and stay-at-home pet caregiver with a friendly, nearly 5-year-old beagle who adores canine company. I have lots of time to cater to your dog’s needs—whether that’s plenty of cuddles, neighborhood walks, or longer hikes—and our beagle has a calm, social temperament and has never met a dog he didn’t get along with. He even helps new dogs settle in at daycare thanks to his gentle nature. I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds and energy levels and tailor walks and activity to each dog’s needs (short, slow strolls or more active outings). Safe, attentive care and lots of affection are guaranteed—happy to discuss routines, feeding, and any special needs your dog has. I’m currently not employed so my days are flexible. Any doggos that come to the house will be joined by our friendly beagle. Walks are completely up to your discretion. I will do whatever is easiest and the most safe for your pets. We have a crate in our house that can be used if needed. We also have a yard that is not fenced in.
