About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Currently in my house, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats that I help take care of. I have been on Rover for about 6 years. I am an elementary teacher and high school girls basketball coach. I am currently on summer break since I am an elementary teacher. Our own 2 small (4 lb) chihuahuas, Mocha & Lacey, are used to having other dogs around. You will not be disappointed if you trust in me and my family! ***When packing your pup(s) for their stay they really only need food, leash/collar/tags, favorite treats(I have some here but may pack your own), medications (if necessary), and your preferred care instructions (how much food they eat, medication instructions, etc.). You may pack bedding and a couple favorite toys if you think your pup will be more at home but I have found that none of the pups are interested in those things when they come here so not necessary if you don’t want to pack so much. I have many items such as bowls, toys, bedding, treats, sprinklers for hot days, etc. I do not crate unless asked by owner. All pups need to be up to date on vaccines and rabies. I will need to take a copy of them and keep them on file here:) I am boarding full time! Pets are NEVER left alone or outside alone. We are fenced in the back yard also for some leash less fun! Your pets are cared for like my own family:) I am strict to pet owners requests and do not share food or treats that don’t belong to each pet so no one gets sick. (You may send their treats if you like it will only be given to them). Can give medications if needed.
“Our Cavapoo Mochi has been in Theresa’s care for the day for the last 2 days. Mochi had a blast playing with Theresa’s own dog Machi and other dogs. Theresa’s back yard was nicely set up to allow together play or separated if need to. Likewise, they can have their own space indoors to rest and nap. Theresa also has plenty of toys that kept Mochi occupied. Mochi was so happy to come back the second day. Theresa was also very flexible with drop off and pick up time. About: I’ve had two pits since they were puppies, and have had no behavioral problems that are extreme. I would do anything in my power to make an animal feel happy and loved. I am currently a student at Southern New Hampshire University and I also have an internship, but anyway I could fit in pet care I will. I do not have a fenced yard anymore due to weather conditions, but for my dogs at home we put them on their long leashes so they can roam around the back years or run around and enjoy their time outside without being able to run away.

I’ll play fetch with your pup and go for walks. My yard is large and fully fenced in. Your dog’s safety is my number one priority. Dogs are never allowed outside without supervision. Indoors, dogs are crated during sleep periods for their safety.

I like the way that they have their own dog and know how to deal with /take care of the dog. After I picked my dog up from them, she was already tired and went to deep sleep that night.
