I am extremely responsible, timely, and organized - traits that are required for success in the field I primarily work in (Medical Education/Biomedical Research). I have had many dogs and I wound make sure that your dog is comfortable and happy. My dogs are regularly are let outside and I also walk twice daily. I have dog training experience, and have studied Dog behavior. I will take elderly dogs as well as young puppies. I am available throughout the day as I work from home and we could work together to make the experience exactly what you are wanting for your pet. I work from home so I am available to let your pet out as needed. Sleeping area can be a crate or just off fenced off part of my home, whatever works for your furry friend. I lead with exercise and affection. I realize it is a transition for your dog to be in my home and my experience as a trainer helps make that time more comfortable. My dogs are both excellent with other dogs and can give some support to your pet.

I provide a wide variety of toys and enrichment activities to keep the dogs mentally and physically stimulated. We do sensory games, have food puzzles to challenge their minds, and even offer quiet, cozy spots for rest and relaxation. I initially hired her to come check on my cat a few times a day while I was across the country, but after a disaster with another pet sitter she ended up caring for my five month old puppy Scout too. My puppy can be quite a handful, but Jordan did everything possible to care for her. She went way above and beyond taking care of both of my pets, including regularly carrying Scout up a steep flight of stairs because she can’t climb them well. I got plenty of updates and pictures and never once doubted my pets were in great hands. She even brought my cat some new toys, which he’s been batting around for hours.
