Even though her duty started the next day, Marilyn made a special trip to confirm cats were safe, and to fix the window situation. She even washed the bedding and towels I had left her so I wouldn't have to do it when I got home, and she generously allowed my to book two more nights of her care when I wanted to extend my trip. He was also quick to respond to and adjust to feedback when I requested to tweak things or shared additional notes. His communications were great both in terms of quality and frequency, and he made this stay and my work trip a truly stress-free experience. What I appreciate the most about Abhay is the personal touch that he brings to his work, where you can tell he really cares. As I am new to the area and getting settled, he has offered lots of suggestions for things to do and to help me get integrated into the community. He has made me feel truly welcome here, on top of doing an awesome job on the house sitting. Melisa is an outstanding house sitter as well as cat sitter. This time, Melisa sat for us for a week in July. She was responsible for taking care of our cat, our pool and our plants (indoor and outdoor). Of course everything was well taken care of. The additional thing that I really like about Melisa is that, besides being highly responsible, she is a warm person. It is important that the kitty likes her, but we do too! We have used her before and plan to do so again.
Leidy took excellent care of not only our two pups while we were away on vacation, but our home as well. It is an understatement to relay what a true sense of relief (only do you completely enjoy vacation when you know your pups and your home are safe and in great care)! Manal was fantastic!! I have never left my guy with someone who wasn't a family member, but she cat-sat for an entire week and I could not have felt more at ease. She was always in touch, sent me tons of pictures, and kept me updated so that I always felt like I knew what my cat was up to! It felt like she really cared about him and got to know his little personality and all of his quirks, and I could tell from the pictures she sent that he was so happy! I was so stressed leading up to that trip, but all of that immediately disappeared on day one. I can't recommend Manal enough - if you are like me and get nervous leaving your pet with someone else, Manal is your girl! She is gentle, attentive, and caring (all of his care instructions were followed meticulously). Thanks for taking such good care of care of my boy!
