“Hannah did a fantastic job watching our pups. We have a Newfoundland and Great Pyrenees and she handled them (all 250+ lbs of them!) great! She kept to their normal routine and gave them lots of love. She sent updates and pictures which was so thoughtful. She even helped us in a pinch with an additional pup. Because of this, it has been difficult to find care for her in the past. Enter Lynn. Lynn is wonderful. She took the time to talk with us, to understand what Kailey needs, and how we interact with her. She was warm and friendly, and instantly put us at ease. We felt 100% comfortable leaving her to watch over our doggo, with access to our home. Lynn was great at both following instruction and using her best judgement when interacting with Kailey. Manal was fantastic!! I have never left my guy with someone who wasn't a family member, but she cat-sat for an entire week and I could not have felt more at ease. She was always in touch, sent me tons of pictures, and kept me updated so that I always felt like I knew what my cat was up to! It felt like she really cared about him and got to know his little personality and all of his quirks, and I could tell from the pictures she sent that he was so happy! I was so stressed leading up to that trip, but all of that immediately disappeared on day one. I can't recommend Manal enough - if you are like me and get nervous leaving your pet with someone else, Manal is your girl! She is gentle, attentive, and caring (all of his care instructions were followed meticulously). Thanks for taking such good care of care of my boy!
