About: Hello! Thank you for clicking on my page today. My name is Valerie and I would love to look after your furry family member. For the last 16 years I've had a dog in my family. Taking care of her showed me how much I love animals and I'd love to extend this love to lots of different animals. I consider myself to be professional, outgoing, and flexible. I pride myself on providing quality service for my clients and their furry friends and I feel devoted to connecting with people just as much as their pets. Dog safety is my number one focus at all times. Keeping your dog happy, healthy, and safe is considered a bare minimum requirement for me. I also feel it's important to acknowledge that every dog, just like every person, is different and that treating each new dog with it's own individual form of respect and care is very important. No two dogs are the same and I look forward to rising to the occasion to care for your dog's individual needs. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! I'm currently working on Rover being my full-time gig so I have more than enough time for you and your furry family member. Please reach out and I will make any accommodations necessary. Like every person, animals share unique personalities, experiences, and histories. I start by listening and taking in all the information from you the owner. Once I understand, to a T, what you require I then turn my attention to our furry friend. I do my best to be intuitive and listen to their body language and mannerisms to give them the right care they need. Is your dog giving me a whale eye or a play sneeze? Does you cat have scared airplane ears or a nice perky and curious tail? All of these pieces of body language ensure that your furry friend and I can get along swimmingly.

About: As a recent nursing graduate with a lifelong love for animals, I bring both professional care and heartfelt compassion to every pet I look after. Over the years, I’ve dog walked, pet sat, and fostered many animals—including energetic puppies and sweet senior pets—so I’m comfortable with a wide range of needs, behaviors, and temperaments. Thanks to my nursing background, I’m attentive, dependable, and confident in caring for pets with special needs, including those requiring medication or a little extra patience. Whether your pet is shy, spirited, or somewhere in between, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. As a recent college grad studying for my nursing boards and preparing for job interviews this fall, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. Caring for animals is a meaningful part of my routine—it helps me stay active and connected to my passion. Whether it’s dog walking, feeding, or playtime, I’m committed to providing attentive and reliable care whenever needed throughout the week. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and needs, so I’m adaptable and willing to adjust my care to suit each animal best. I live in a house with a large backyard that backs up to the Back River, surrounded by many walking paths and great spots for sniffing and exploring. While the yard is unfenced, I closely supervise to ensure your pet’s safety and enjoy exploring together on leash walks. Whether caring for pets at their home or mine, I focus on creating a comfortable, loving environment where they feel safe and happy.

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a kid. I love all animals. But dogs are my favorite. Dogs genuinely adapt to me very well. My part time job allows me to have extra time to pick up some doggy clients during the day which I love spending time with my furry friends. I’m also available during the weekend as well. I’m really sorry but I do not offer care/ services at my home. Unfortunately my dog is reactive so I cannot take that chance with her.

“Hailey did a great job watching my dog for several hours. She arrived early, took her on a walk and kept her company (the dog does not do well left alone).”

“We love having Brooke to take care of our 21lb labradoodle Nemo. She is super reliable and trustworthy. I have peace of mind knowing Brooke is nearby if we are out of the house longer than expected.”

Valerie L.Star Sitter
“I'm extremely impressed by the amount of care and dedication Valerie puts into caring for pets. She'll look after your pet as they were her own, and she always takes the time to give them more love and attention than I would even ask for. I think the most important thing though, is she does it not just because it's a job or a favor, but out of genuine compassion for the animals. She's 100% the kind of person you want caring for your pets when you're away.”

Katie F.
“If you’re looking for someone to care for your dog like they’re her own, look no further than Katie. She is, hands down, the most compassionate, attentive, and trustworthy animal caregiver I’ve ever met (dog walker and cat/guinea pig sitter). From the very beginning, she connected with my animals in a way that few people ever have, and I know in my heart that they are in the best hands every time I hire her. Katie goes above and beyond in every way. She doesn’t just walk my dog or leave a bowl of food out for my cat—she forms real relationships with them. She pays attention to their moods, their quirks, their needs, and their safety. I’ve seen her calm my cat when he’s anxious, celebrate my dog when she does well and helps me be consistent with her puppy training, and treat them with a level of respect and love that’s truly rare. As a pet parent, nothing brings more peace of mind than knowing your animals are happy, safe, and genuinely cared for when you’re not there—and Katie gives me that peace every single time. She’s not just a dog walker or pet sitter—she’s a one-of-a-kind caregiver and friend to both pets and their people. You will not find anyone better.”
