About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover and dog mom who is actively involved with a local rescue called Gals Best Pal. I have successfully fostered and homed over 13 dogs of all ages and sizes, and additionally volunteer with transports and events. For years, I have stepped in to help care for friends’ and family’s dogs when needed. Most recently, I spent the last year caring for my soul dog of six years who was diagnosed and unfortunately passed away from a rare chronic illness. Due to this experience, I am comfortable with dogs who need extra attention and daily medication since that’s the care I provided for her. Through caretaking and my fosters, I’ve become experienced with a wide range of personalities and needs. I also work from home 5 days a week, so your dog gets company and consistency all day, not just a quick visit! *Please note that there’s a friendly 8 month old GSD puppy in the house. If your pet prefers to be solo during their stay, my home can easily accommodate a no-contact visit. I’m no stranger to this, as my late dog preferred her independence too🙂 Feel free to reach out with any questions! I work from home full time, so most days your dog gets steady company, walks, and playtime built right into my routine. My only standing plans are a Monday night writing class and a Tuesday night pottery class. Both are just a couple hours each, so I’m happy to arrange coverage or crate time while I’m gone. My home currently includes my male partner and Maple, a German Shepherd puppy who’s very social. I’m happy to arrange supervised introductions if your dog wants company during their stay. And while Maple is a sweet girl, I also understand that not every dog wants a roommate 🙂 I can easily set up a no contact stay if your pup prefers time alone. Around the house, older and trained dogs get free range. Puppies who aren’t yet potty trained follow a crate routine and stay in a designated section of the house for their safety. I also have a separate office where all dogs get to hang out with me all day for extra company. The yard and patio out back aren’t fenced, so leashes or long leads come out for outdoor time. My late dog taught me just how much a pet’s environment matters to their comfort, so I take this seriously. I want every pet to feel genuinely welcome and secure in my home!

“Once again, Jill is a miracle worker who makes our dreams come true! We have worked with her several times and know that when she is doing the job, our two persnickety sphynx cats are going to be fine. The weather was very cold, Jill adjusted the heat to keep those little monsters warm. Our robot litter boxes had some sort of ai based labor dispute, Jill fixed them. About: I have two cats who couldn’t be more opposite but I love attending to their needs. My older cat, Sid, is not a people person, picky with food and is only a lap cat from October-January. His younger brother Scrat, loves people (almost too much), steals human food and sometimes poops outside of the litter box. I grew up with Rottweilers and my family currently has Bernese mountain dogs and boxers so I understand the energy that fuels these big babies. I have experience with cats along with other animals ranging from farm to reptile. I have changed dog diapers, administered medications, and have provided care from puppy to senior. My current life does not allow for a dog and I just have so much puppy love to give! I’m a teacher on summer break who also does not have much of a social life. About: I’ve owned three dogs of different breeds and sizes. I have taken care of other people’s dogs at various points since I was 12 and I enjoyed it. I’m currently working part-time so I have ample time to care for other dogs in the south shore area I have lots of availability during the weekends. About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover and dog mom who is actively involved with a local rescue called Gals Best Pal. I have successfully fostered and homed over 13 dogs of all ages and sizes, and additionally volunteer with transports and events. For years, I have stepped in to help care for friends’ and family’s dogs when needed. Most recently, I spent the last year caring for my soul dog of six years who was diagnosed and unfortunately passed away from a rare chronic illness. Due to this experience, I am comfortable with dogs who need extra attention and daily medication since that’s the care I provided for her. Through caretaking and my fosters, I’ve become experienced with a wide range of personalities and needs. I also work from home 5 days a week, so your dog gets company and consistency all day, not just a quick visit! *Please note that there’s a friendly 8 month old GSD puppy in the house. If your pet prefers to be solo during their stay, my home can easily accommodate a no-contact visit. I’m no stranger to this, as my late dog preferred her independence too🙂 Feel free to reach out with any questions! I work from home full time, so most days your dog gets steady company, walks, and playtime built right into my routine. My only standing plans are a Monday night writing class and a Tuesday night pottery class. Both are just a couple hours each, so I’m happy to arrange coverage or crate time while I’m gone. My home currently includes my male partner and Maple, a German Shepherd puppy who’s very social. I’m happy to arrange supervised introductions if your dog wants company during their stay. And while Maple is a sweet girl, I also understand that not every dog wants a roommate 🙂 I can easily set up a no contact stay if your pup prefers time alone. Around the house, older and trained dogs get free range. Puppies who aren’t yet potty trained follow a crate routine and stay in a designated section of the house for their safety. I also have a separate office where all dogs get to hang out with me all day for extra company. The yard and patio out back aren’t fenced, so leashes or long leads come out for outdoor time. My late dog taught me just how much a pet’s environment matters to their comfort, so I take this seriously. I want every pet to feel genuinely welcome and secure in my home!

“Daniel and his dog Annie were a wonderful match for our dog, Tegan. He even arranged a meet-up beforehand so the dogs could get to know each other, which gave us peace of mind. During Tegan’s stay, Daniel sent daily updates and photos, which we really appreciated. Tegan usually takes a day or two to settle in and start eating when she’s in a new environment, but with Daniel and Annie she felt right at home from the start. We’ll definitely ask Daniel to watch Tegan again in the future!”
