I am a teacher, so during the school year, I am available after 4:00pm to check in on your pet so everyone is happy when you arrive home. Also, I am booking now for summer - I would love to share my time off with your pets! I am a teacher during the school year, so my summer is wide open. I do enjoy visiting a few clients each day - it adds some structure to my own life! At my place, I have an air-conditioned apartment and a small porch where your pet and I can relax. We can take walks in the neighborhood or along the rail trail, located right across the street. Leashes and tags are always a must! Mackenzie did a very nice job taking care of Luigi and Lucia! She fes them according to my directions (we have special feeders), and she was able to give my cat Luigi his insulin injections accurately and correctly. The litter was well scooped and everything looked great when I returned home. Greatly appreciated her!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
