She is very much a cat person, my Athena warmed up to her IMMEDIATELY - she sent good updates and lots of photos which helped me feel less anxious being away from my baby, knowing she was being so well cared for and had a good companion to look after her. Athena takes supplements and medications, and she did a great job with that also. She had good attention to detail on the administering and taking careful notes during our meet and greet as well. About: I am a graduate of the Essex North Shore Companion Animals program where I learned about different enrichment and health care needs for a variety of different animals, as well as have been a loving pet sister to a number of dogs, cats and small rodents! I am currently a full time college student with a part time job, so I do have to be fairly strict on which days I can provide services, but I am very flexible on days that I have available! I am very attentive and love to give your furry friends exercise and enrichment, whether that’s a nice long walk or playtime in the backyard.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I can remember. My first dog was a German Shepherd when I was 4, 12, and 16. My friends and family have exposed me to a wide variety of dogs. I am always the first in the room to attract a dog and the last to leave its side. Small or big, I know how to leave your dog with a new human friend, happy and tired. I'm more than comfortable checking in and house-sitting with all types of dogs whether it’s a couch companion or a playful friend. I know with my German Shepherd it's always go, go, go so when he sits and naps it's a break for me too. I'm comfortable walking dogs that are leash-trained and dog friendly of all sizes. I just graduated college so I’m spending some time at home for the summer meaning I’m pretty much free whenever outside of committed plans. I’m pretty flexible so feel free to message me to figure a time and day out! I know it's difficult to open your home to a stranger, so I'm more than willing to meet or talk on the phone before you trust me with your pet! To ensure the safety of your dog, I need to know of any behavioral or medical issues. Depending on the issue, we can decide if I'm the best match for you and your dog. I know the basic do and donts, red flags, and really good at communication. I’m always patient, loving, and responsible! I understand there may be specific needs, wants, and asks so I’m all ears.

About: I've had two dogs of my own - one blind, and the other deaf. I am happy to manage your pet's quirks while we're having a great time together, too. Every pet needs something different, so I'll pay close attention to the details of your instructions. I'm also very focused on safety: leashes and familiar walks are a must! I am a teacher, so during the school year, I am available after 4:00pm to check in on your pet so everyone is happy when you arrive home. Also, I am booking now for summer - I would love to share my time off with your pets! I am a teacher during the school year, so my summer is wide open. I do enjoy visiting a few clients each day - it adds some structure to my own life! At my place, I have an air-conditioned apartment and a small porch where your pet and I can relax. We can take walks in the neighborhood or along the rail trail, located right across the street. Leashes and tags are always a must! In your home, I'll be sensitive to your pet's routines and habits around the house. Likewise, I'll be careful about your privacy and the condition of your home. In either location, we can agree on a timetable so you can expect pictures and updates of your special pet.
