About: I am a college student who majors in Biomedical Sciences and plans to attend veterinary school after graduation. I have always had a love for animals, especially dogs, since I was young, and have helped care for my own dog since childhood. My passion for animal care has been my motivation to pursue a future in veterinary medicine. Along with caring for my own dogs, I have had experience with dog sitting and dog walking. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities while making sure they are happy, safe, active, and well cared for. I am currently a college student home for summer break, and I am looking for part-time work. I am available almost every day until August 1st. I will be home again for Thanksgiving break, winter break, and spring break. When caring for pets in my client's home, I would follow the pet's normal routine and follow any additional instructions my client has left me while playing and caring for their pet.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I can remember. My first dog was a German Shepherd when I was 4, 12, and 16. My friends and family have exposed me to a wide variety of dogs. I am always the first in the room to attract a dog and the last to leave its side. Small or big, I know how to leave your dog with a new human friend, happy and tired. I'm more than comfortable checking in and house-sitting with all types of dogs whether it’s a couch companion or a playful friend. I know with my German Shepherd it's always go, go, go so when he sits and naps it's a break for me too. I'm comfortable walking dogs that are leash-trained and dog friendly of all sizes. I just graduated college so I’m spending some time at home for the summer meaning I’m pretty much free whenever outside of committed plans. I’m pretty flexible so feel free to message me to figure a time and day out! I know it's difficult to open your home to a stranger, so I'm more than willing to meet or talk on the phone before you trust me with your pet! To ensure the safety of your dog, I need to know of any behavioral or medical issues. Depending on the issue, we can decide if I'm the best match for you and your dog. I know the basic do and donts, red flags, and really good at communication. I’m always patient, loving, and responsible! I understand there may be specific needs, wants, and asks so I’m all ears.

About: Iv'e been a pet owner all my life from raising puppies, caring for seniors, cats, bunnies and even having 4 tanks of fish at once. Times have changed and pets have become such a big part of our families and their health and happiness is our responsibility. I am involved currently with a rescue in Mississippi and help with adoptions and transports. Iv'e met many animals and their individual personalities. I am currently working from home and my schedule is very flexible to meet the demands of my clients.My services include walks, drops in or pet sitting including overnights. “We had a great experience with Josselyn! She watched our year and a half old husky while we were at work and kept us updated throughout the day. She was very attentive to his potty training needs, took him out often, and took him on a long walk to help get his energy out. She even brought him a special treat after checking with us about allergies, which we really appreciated. He was clearly well cared for, and she will definitely be our go-to sitter!”
