When we first walked in to Lori’s home I could feel the comfort level for all pets and people alike. I could tell that Shadow would be able to relax. I will not hesitate to reach out to Lori for her availability if we need to travel for any reason. With the govt shutdown I was concerned that we might get delayed but Lori responded immediately to my concern and to any questions I had.”
