About: I grew up with a dog and have continued caring for dogs through friends and family over the years. I’m confident with daily responsibilities including walking, feeding, refreshing water, waste clean-up, and playtime. I’m comfortable with different ages, temperaments, and energy levels, and I prioritize safety, consistency, and attentive care. While I’m currently a cat owner, I genuinely enjoy working with dogs and providing dependable, responsible support for their routines. I work full-time as a teacher, which allows for consistent afternoon and evening availability during the school year. I’m flexible for drop-in visits after school hours and on weekends. I’m also widely available during school holidays, vacation weeks, and summer break. I have reliable transportation and am happy to travel locally to provide dependable, timely care At home, I care for my cat, Pinot, with a consistent routine such as measured feedings, fresh water, daily litter scooping and playtime to keep him active. I bring that same attentiveness into every drop-in visit. I respect each pet’s routine, move at their comfort level, and make sure they feel safe, seen, and cared for. I also send thoughtful updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing.

“Julia was great! She sent the best pics of my kitty while I was away and he seemed to really enjoy her company during the drop-ins. No issues what so ever and will definitely be using her again!”

About: I provide dependable, personalized care that helps pets feel safe and comfortable in their own routine. I’m experienced with dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, and temperaments, including energetic puppies, senior pets, and shy or anxious animals. I focus on patience, attention, and clear communication so pet owners always feel informed and at ease. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, medication support, feeding schedules, or extra comfort for older pets, I treat every pet like family and make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, allowing me to provide consistent attention, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I keep a flexible schedule so I can accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits when needed. I make sure each pet gets reliable care, regular exercise, and plenty of affection while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I care for pets in my home by abiding by the owner's feeding and snack schedule. I have fenced-in yard for playing. I walk the dogs in my neighborhood or go to a local park. I keep them on a leash, I NEVER let them roam free in a public area.
“Paloma was on time for every visit with my kitty! Making sure that she was seen twice a day for her medicine and food. When my cat was difficult about taking her pill, Paloma found a great workaround to get her to take it. She sent many pictures after each visit and spent their time doing what my cat wanted in that moment. I would highly recommend Paloma! I can home to a happy and healthy kitty.”

“Maggie is great with Vinny and takes care to give him the attention he needs while his Mom is away. Thankful to have someone I can trust with my fyr-baby! She is also so flexible and accommodating with my busy travel schedule. Don't know what I'd do without her!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid. As a kid and teenager, I had dogs, cats, a rabbit that thought it was a dog, and a Guinea pig that was going through their emo phase. As an adult, animals are still a part of my life with two doggos. They all get spoiled and lots of hugs. I currently work from home two days out of the week. My work from home days are very flexible and I tend to balance my time with work, chores and my own fur babies very well on these days. I have a fenced yard that my doggos play in. When the dogs are outside for long periods, I do routinely check on them from time to time. With the winter cold arriving, my bigger dog is the only one that stays out a bit longer cause she enjoys the weather. I have also helped neighbors catch their dogs that have made the great escape. I try to make myself as approachable as possible.
“Cassie was wonderful for our beloved Howard! She took such good care of him while we were away, gave him all the love and attention he needed, good walks and was very attentive to his senior dog needs. Thank you so much Cassie!”

Swampscott dog parents share their Rover experiences
Charlie was absolutely lovely. Very professional while still being friendly and not too formal. Communication was clear and prompt from the planning of the meeting to the actual visits caring for my dog. Definitely will be reaching out again when I next need a dog sitter

Gienna was amazing with our dog, Harley! She was incredibly thoughtful, caring, and attentive in her drop-in visits. Throughout the entire process-from booking and communication through her last visit of the day-she was prompt and made sure to provide very detailed updates. Our dog loved Gienna and we knew he was in very capable and caring hands! I could not recommend Gienna more!
