Traci has been perfect for our girl. We are so grateful that she was able to take Cora for a walk on such short notice. She then helped create a plan for us as we only adopted Cora a week ago! We look forward to hopefully many more walks with Traci.

About: Hi! I offer loving, reliable in-home dog boarding where your pup will be treated like part of the family. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone, and I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, care, and affection. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just cozy cuddles, your dog will be safe, happy, and well-loved while you’re away! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine, as I structure my days around the needs of the pets in my home. From morning feedings and walks/playtime to evening wind-downs, I make sure each pet gets consistent attention, exercise, and care. Since I spend a lot of time at home, I’m able to provide frequent check-ins, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. On a weekly basis, I maintain a clean, safe environment and stick to each pet’s routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and stress-free. Caring for animals isn’t something I fit in—it’s something I genuinely prioritize and enjoy every day. I provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s individual needs and routine. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I stick closely to their normal schedule for feeding, potty breaks/litter box care, exercise, and rest to help them feel at ease. Dogs get plenty of playtime, walks, and attention, while cats have a calm space with cozy areas to relax, along with play and interaction on their terms.

About: With 10 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I specialize in providing attentive, flexible, and personalized pet care. My experience includes in-home care for individual or multiple pets at a time, regular walks, and administering oral medication for both dogs and cats. I have worked with owners to meet their specific needs, from brushing routines for long-haired dogs to training puppies in skills like name recognition, walking, sitting, and other tricks. I’ve also cared for a high-anxiety dog during his least favorite time of the year—4th of July—providing comfort and reassurance during fireworks. Whether your pet needs help managing anxiety, long walks to burn off energy, or a tailored routine, I’m excited and ready to provide exceptional care! I currently work part-time in a remote position, which gives me the flexibility to accommodate your pet's needs throughout the day. My schedule allows for routine walks or outdoor breaks tailored to your pet’s preferences, whether they need a quick energy boost, a calming stroll, or regular potty breaks. I’m happy to work with you to establish a schedule that keeps your pet comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Let’s chat about your preferences so we can create the perfect care routine for your furry friend! When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize upfront communication to fully understand your preferences as a pet owner, including schedules, communication styles, and any additional duties that make your life easier. While following your instructions, I also pay close attention to your pet’s behavior and mood, adjusting care as needed to ensure they feel comfortable and supported. Whether your pet needs extra playtime, a calming moment, or reassurance during a stressful situation, I’m attentive to their needs and committed to providing personalized care that meets both your and your pet’s expectations.

About: Hello, my name is Maddie! I love animals and I have always been told I have that “special something” with critters (and babies). I’ve been caring for a variety of animals for years now and am a quick learner to any new schedule or individual needs of you + your furry friend. Would be more than happy to meet for a trial run :) I work from home on my own schedule so I am your gal for any daytime or nighttime needs. I am fluid with times and available on a last minute basis quite frequently. Animals come first always. Ensuring that the basic needs of your pet are met while being gentle and aware of their current environment are guarantees.

About: ❣️READ “Important To Know” TO SEE ADD ONS!❣️). ‼️if this is your first time booking on rover, message me to get $20 off! 🐾 About Me Hi! My name is Jacqueline. I’ve spent several years working with dogs in different environments including dog walking, daycare-style settings, and in-home boarding. Through this experience I’ve worked with many different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I went to a vocational High School to study animal science and have occupational experience as well. I bring a higher level of knowledge and training than typical pet sitters. My approach to pet care focuses on creating a calm, structured, and safe environment where dogs can relax and feel comfortable while their owners are away. Every dog is treated with patience, supervision, and individual attention. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. 🎀Pricing: Some dogs require a bit more time, structure, or individual attention during their stay. In these cases, extended care may be required when booking with me. •require daily medications or special care for health conditions •need extra potty breaks or overnight care •potty training puppies •have mobility issues/senior care needs ^cost may be increased depending on the circumstance. 🐶 Meet Callie Callie is a 50lb german shepherd mix. She’s a service dog in training and loves to be around her mama. Callie is very social and great at starting playtime with others. Callie enjoys pup cups, trips to the dog park, car rides, beach days, and cuddling with her mom and dad at home. Callie will be your dogs bestie! 📸 Updates While You’re Away During your pet’s stay, I’m happy to send: • photo updates • check-ins about meals and potty breaks • updates about how your dog is settling in My goal is to help owners feel comfortable and confident while their pet is in my care. 📝 What to Bring for Your Dog To help your dog feel comfortable during their stay, please bring: • your dog’s regular food • food and water bowl • leash or harness • any medications they require • treats that your dog enjoys Familiar items can help dogs adjust more easily to a new environment. ❗️NOTE: -please do not bring toys for your dog as many dogs tend to exhibit resource guarding when placed in unfamiliar areas and get defensive over their special toy. 💬 Communication Clear communication helps ensure the best possible stay for your pet. I’m always happy to answer questions before or during a booking, and I appreciate owners sharing details about their dog’s routine, preferences, and personality. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for every dog in my care. I structure my daily routine around feeding schedules, potty breaks, enrichment time, and consistent exercise to make sure every animal in my care feels secure and loved. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or nighttime wind-downs, I prioritize routine, safety, and positive reinforcement. Caring for animals isn’t something I “fit in” — it’s already built into how I live, so your pet will receive attentive, reliable care just like my own. Outside of my class schedule, pet care is a major part of my daily routine. I spend a lot of time with my own dog, including regular walks, park visits, and enrichment activities throughout the week. I’m very attentive to pets’ needs and make sure they get plenty of exercise, stimulation, and affection each day.

Cole is the best!! My senior pit has all kinds of reactivity issues and quirks on-leash and she immediately took to him on their walks. He is super thoughtful and calm in how he handles her, and she’s always a very happy pup after seeing him. He’s also super responsive and diligent about logging walks. Cant recommend him enough!! Thanks so much, Cole!

Allie has been so great for my bichon poodle Zuri. Zuri is a very leash reactive dog who also tugs during walks. Allie has not only handled these issues patiently (she has tons of experience with pets!) but also has contributed to Zuri being better behaved on walks! On days when Allie doesn’t come, Zuri waits by the door at her usual walk time for her new friend. Allie is also very punctual and has always been accommodating of my last minute changes. Above all, Allie is extremely kind and sweet. I know Zuri enjoys her walks and loves Allie.

About: I've taken care of pets my entire life! I've had and lived with cats since I was born, but I've been pet sitting for neighbors and friends since I was in middle school (which was...a long time ago). My first job was even on a farm where I cared for dogs, cats, horses and even birds! My husband has a ball python, so I'm passingly familiar with reptiles as well :) I've always been the person who ends up hanging out with the pets at parties, and I've never met a pet I didn't get along with. I'm currently a graduate student so my schedule is very flexible! I will keep my availability updates on the Rover calendar, but if there is a time or date you need to confirm please feel free to reach out! I only use owner-approved foods, toys, and equipment, but am more than happy to play and spend time with your pets. I meet them where they are on their terms, and want to take the time to make sure they are comfortable and happy.

Zander has walked our dog 8 times in the past 4 months, and has always done a good job. The very first time, I accidentally double-booked him with another walker, and they both graciously rearranged their schedules to fix the problem. Zander is a solid, no-fanfare guy who knows what’s important and doesn’t get distracted. For example, Zander alerted us to a problem with our dog’s poops, which turned out to be due to an intestinal parasite she picked up from the local wild rabbits living near our house. He’s always prepared, and keeps things on an even keel. I think he’s accepted every one of our booking requests, and we appreciate him in all respects.

Julia is amazing! I was in a bind on Saturday because I had work and my mom was out all day, so I turned to Rover, not sure if anyone would be available so last minute AND on a weekend. Not only was Julia available; but she also responded almost immediately to me on the app and was more than happy to walk my dog, Bear. Bear is a very sweet and loves people, but is a rambunctious dog, who is slightly leash-aggressive. Julia showed up on time, kept me updated and sent me pictures of their time together. She even taught Bear a few tricks to being less aggressive on leash! She is very professional and warm and I can tell she loves my dog. I will definitely be reaching out to Julia in the future for all my Bear walks!
