The very first time, I accidentally double-booked him with another walker, and they both graciously rearranged their schedules to fix the problem. Zander is a solid, no-fanfare guy who knows what’s important and doesn’t get distracted. For example, Zander alerted us to a problem with our dog’s poops, which turned out to be due to an intestinal parasite she picked up from the local wild rabbits living near our house. He’s always prepared, and keeps things on an even keel. I think he’s accepted every one of our booking requests, and we appreciate him in all respects.
