About: Along with growing up with two dogs and helping to raise a puppy as a teenager, family friends and neighbors have relied on me to take care of their dogs and cats since I was ten. I've worked with all types of dogs, from Shih Tzus to Pit Bull mixes. I'm the one in my family who takes the dogs out on long hikes (or for short walks around the block once they get older), brushes their teeth and fur, gives them baths, and trims their nails. I'm a regular volunteer at cat shelters in cat care, and as a student on the pre-veterinary track, I have shadowed and volunteered at vet clinics to better understand the care that goes into your pets' health. Besides dogs and cats, I also have experience with a myriad of animals, such as hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, mice, fish, hermit crabs, geckos, snakes, tortoises, and turtles. I have experience in preparing special diets for pets and other animals with specific health needs, and in senior dog care. Over the summer, I work at my internships in animal care for much of the work day, but that leaves afternoons, evenings, and early mornings for me to check in on your pets and give any care they need (breakfast/dinner, walks, baths, etc.). Over the school year, I will have more hours available to fit in more time with your pets (i.e. walking and bathing/grooming, more playtime, etc.). As a lover of all creatures, I take the safety of both pets and wildlife seriously. As such, I will always supervise pets that are outside in yards and keep them on leashes outside fenced-off areas so they are not a danger to others or themselves. If transporting pets in my car, I will keep them safe and secure in a carrier/crate. As a college student who has shared living spaces with new people before, I understand the importance of respecting others' belongings and boundaries. During drop-in visits, I will be sure to respect your home and any rules you may have for your comfort (i.e. no shoes in the house, specific dishes/silverware for pets only, general cleanliness, etc.).

About: Growing up my sisters and I started a dog walking business and offered our services to all the neighbors. We walked and played with dogs of all breeds and sizes! I’m currently working as a college softball coach and looking to fill up my my schedule! My schedule varies depending on the season, and my days being wide open in the off-season. About: Growing up with dogs in the family made me learn how to care for them naturally and see animals as friends. I will be more than happy to know your buddy, make sure they have everything they need, and have amazing moments together. I’m working part time and mostly available up to two hours during the morning and evenings after 5pm. Weekends are flexible with all day availability and flexibility. I always double check any house doors, to make sure it’s safe. Keep them near me in any outdoor environment is a rule, never unleashed or left alone outside. About: I love all furry friends - I have a lovely cat, and I enjoy taking care of my friends’ puppies short or long terms. Taking them to long walks is my favorite part! I work on a flexible schedule, so I’m available on most weekday mornings or afternoons. I’d be ou-of-town on some weekends so pls let me know what’s your schedule like if pup needs walks on weekends! About: I have been around dogs all of my life, once I was able to properly hold a leash there was no stopping me from hanging out with our 4-legged furry friends! I am a frequent dog walker for coworkers, friends, and family. I also have dog sat on multiple occasions for coworkers, friends, and family whenever they needed me. Natalie and Dan were absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond while caring for my dog, Merlot. While I was away, they noticed she was having some accidents and immediately kept me informed and helped coordinate a switch to boarding so she would be more comfortable. Their communication and care gave me so much peace of mind. They were incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout the entire stay. They even went out of their way to pick up shampoo and give Merlot a bath, which was such a generous and unexpected gesture. Merlot was clearly very well cared for and loved while she was with them. It was such a pleasure having Natalie and Dan care for my dog, and I will absolutely be booking with them again in the future.
