About: I have extensive experience caring for cats from kittens to seniors, including administering oral medications. This includes my own cats and also family/friend cats. I have my own rescue pit mix dog who has needed some patience to build her confidence and I’m proud of the work we’ve done together in the 1+ years together. I’ve also worked as a kennel assistant handling meal times, medication, day cares, walks, and clean up. I have always loved pets, from hamsters up to big 100 lbs dogs. I will treat your baby with love and respect and understanding of their needs. I share pet care duties with my Fiance John who grew up with dogs and cats in his household and takes care of our two cats and rescue dog with me. We both work full time but I only work 4 days a week and John works 5 days but leaves later and gets home earlier than me. I handle the morning chores including pet meals and Phoebe’s first walk of the day. John handles the second walk of the day when he gets home from work and the second mealtime then. Night time, Phoebe always gets a walk before bed and cats get their last meal. On weekends and free days off together (I always have a 3 day weekend) Phoebe usually gets a trip out to a park, trail, or beach where she can either roam and get her running in. Phoebe gets playdates often with her dog besties who live nearby. Phoebe is crate trained and we have an extra crate on hand too as needed. Currently Phoebe and the cats roam free together when we’re at work because they’re trustworthy now but if a guest comes, we can separate rooms easily and use crates. In other clients homes, I will always follow the rules of the house. Dogs and cats alike will get lots of enrichment, walks, and playtime so everyone is satisfied and comfortable.

“I am very happy with Charlie's experience in 2 day care visits and one long stay as a boarder while I was hospitalized. I also really appreciated their flexibility because I needed to extend the original booking. Charlie had some dog friends in our old home, but after the move here, he had become clingy with me and hyper reactive with dogs encountered on walks. Right from the beginning Charlie was relaxed and at ease with Oona and Oliver. They sent me some great pics of Charlie lounging and also playing with the other dogs. While Fiona stayed with Yick-hong, we could see that she was very comfortable and happy from her body language. My pup Lyla had a fantastic stay with Yick-Hong and his wife for a week! All the pictures they sent me she looked so happy and relaxed. She even was sleeping on her back because she was so comfortable (vulnerable position for dogs). They took her on walks to new areas which she loves and even ran with her because they could tell she enjoyed it. They also provided detailed daily updates and were responsive to any messages I sent. I will definitely have Lyla stay with them again!
Aya was an incredible dog sitter for our 6-year-old Shih Tzu Louie! Her rate was extremely reasonable and she was very communicative every step throughout our pet’s stay. She asked thorough questions and provided frequent updates on how he was doing with photos too! Her home seemed very comfortable and she didn’t have too many pets there at once which was great for our older dog who can definitely have a lot of anxiety and be grouchy at times! I would recommend Aya to anyone looking for high quality reliable care at an unbeatable price! We’ll definitely be using her in the future she is truly one-of-a-kind!

Eric was really awesome taking care of my dog, Charlie, for a week. He was very responsive and thoughtful about the whole thing, and made sure he knew all the details to help best take care of our guy. Eric sent photos of their outings, so I knew Charlie was having a great time. Highly recommended!
This is the second time Jennifer has watched our pup Tashi. She was also able to watch his buddy Murphy, a 13 year old Wheaten Terrier. Murphy is an older pup and needed additional care with more frequent potty outings, 3 different daily hand fed medication, and extra belly rubs! Jennifer did it all and more. She is great with the pups and reached out frequently with questions to ensure things were done correctly. She sends photos and updates through the day. It is so nice and relaxing to know your pup will be well taken care of when you have to be away from them.
A+ sitters! Robert and Jen are a gem of a find. Highly recommended. They were incredible sitters to our little munchkin-rascal Marco in all the usual ways you’d want or expect from a “Star Sitter”: safe, caring, responsible, responsive, communicative, and thoughtful. But the biggest intangible? Their family - including their lovely daughters - gave Marco the kind of (surrogate family ie proxy) “home away from home” love and warmth and kindness that only another dog parent can truly understand and appreciate.
