About: Your dog will have the company of my own, Juni. She loves meeting new friends, and we'd be happy to welcome your pup into our routine. I understand that every dog is unique, and I take the time to make sure each pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, playtime, or simply relaxing at home, I'll tailor their care to their individual needs and energy level. I'll treat your dog like one of my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I keep routines consistent but flexible so your dog feels at home and stress-free. I usually walk Juni morning, midday, evening and before bed so everyone is able to sleep well! Hi! I’m a dedicated dog lover who understands how important it is to find someone you trust with your pup. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where your dog will be treated like part of the family.
About: I’m reliable, flexible and a good communicator, who loves to spend time with your fur babies, whether it’s cuddles, play or a long walk in the woods. I’m a teacher who has lots of flexibility this summer! I have my own strong and active 45 pound rescue, Sox, and have walked many neighbors’ dogs and helped my kids with their own dog walking businesses. I’d love to meet your pup! I’m a teacher, currently off for summer vacation, so I have a lot of flexibility June, July and August. I may often be available last minute, as well. I have a car, and am comfortable entering and exiting your home. (My own dog greets people with a whole lot of barking, so I’m used to that!)
“Sasha did an absolutely wonderful job with my kitties during my first trip out of town! She was easy to reach and work with, learned each of my pets’ individual needs and personalities, and kept them happy and entertained. She sent tons of cute pics and updates and when one of them had a minor vomit-sesh, she cleaned up no worries and just let me know after. Totally recommend her services!”

“Susie was great with my Maine Coon Suka. She was professional and communicative. Suka is not used to meeting new people and can be an intimidating large cat, but Susie knew to give Suka her space and wait for when she’s ready. Suka warmed up to her and was side swiping her and rubbing against her. I’d hire Susie again.”

“Anna was fantastic! She visited my home to take care of my two cats while I was out of town. Anna was punctual and always provided an update with cute pictures of my fur babies after her visit. This was my second time booking Anna and I would definitely book her again!”

About: Used to work in a pet shelter as a volunteer for 2 years whilst in school. I am pretty relaxed with various breeds and sizes I work part time currently and looking for a side hustle that works around my schedule as a college looking to make extra money money I am a very patient pet owner considering I have have fostered kittens that are extremely energetic has conditioned me to be careful and cautious
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and currently have an 11-year-old French Bulldog, so I understand the importance of patient, attentive care and maintaining pets’ routines and comfort. My sweet dog lives with my mom at the moment, so I miss her dearly and hope to get my fill of dog love on Rover! In addition to caring for my own dog, I’ve provided boarding and drop-in visits for many dogs of different ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’m experienced with feeding routines, walks, administering basic care, and making pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I always prioritize clear communication and send regular photo updates (I certainly demand many from my mom and would provide the same for you!) so owners feel confident their pets are in good hands. I'm currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of availability to take care of your darling pup or kitty. I am available most weekends and weekday early evenings. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always focus on creating a calm, safe, and comfortable environment that keeps pets as close to their normal routine as possible. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, exercise needs, medications or special instructions, and each pet’s individual personality and comfort level. In my home, I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, attention, and opportunities for play and rest. I have experience caring for both energetic dogs and older pets, including my own 11-year-old French Bulldog, so I understand the importance of patience, safety, and routine. In clients’ homes, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s space. During drop-in visits or house sitting, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, bathroom breaks, fresh water, and affection. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners feel informed and reassured while they’re away. My goal is always to help pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for.
“Max was great with my two French bulldogs. He was on time, responsible, and sent pics/update after the visits. Would def use his services again and would recommend to anyone who needs care for their dogs!”

“Lorena took great care of my cat while I was away. She shared photos of him and gave me updates via his visit card. She also communicated quickly leading up to the visit. I would book Lorena again!”

“Thank you, Jolene, for checking in on my two cats over a holiday weekend with a last minute booking! Jolene’s communication and timing was excellent. While checking on the cats, she filled their bowls, gave them treats, and brushed them. I appreciated her time and attention!”

About: Use my Promo code IZZYG96950 to get $40 off your first booking! I’ve always loved dogs 😁. I like to think I’m very reliable and genuinely care. I’m careful, gentle, and always caring (I don’t believe in harsh discipline.) I have experience with anxious dogs and I like to think I’m good at helping dogs with it. I myself have some anxiety 😂, so I get it. I’m open and flexible to accommodate whatever you or your dog needs. I’m also well versed in dog speak, so I’m able to know what your dog is trying to tell me from its body language 😋. I always keep my schedule up to date so you know when I’m available 😄. I’m also getting my qualification for dog training! So soon I’ll be able to train your dog if you’re looking to do that 😉. I’m very flexible with time. I’m free all day every day with a few in person/zoom appointments some days 😁. For the rare times I’m not home, my nanny is! (And she of course loves dogs. She has 2 of her own 😁.) She works 7am-4 or 5pm. So if I’m out in those hours there will be times where the dog will be alone for a few hours but I try to keep it no more than that 😊. You’ll let me know what your dog needs. My house: I have a big house/nice big unfenced yard I can walk the dog around on leash, and a small portion of the yard fenced to let them out. I’ve decided for (kind of arbitrary unrealistic anxious 😆) safety reasons, even though it connects from a doggy door and is completely closed off, I’m always gonna be out there with the dog just to make sure everything’s cool. The fence (real/wooden not electric) is totally stable, and I just put rocks in places that I wanted extra coverage 😊, so your dog is absolutely not getting out 😂. All of my neighbors have dogs. They’re all fenced/electric fenced in and very well behaved. Except there’s one down the hill that barks sometimes but usually it’s quiet enough you can’t hear it. She a sweetheart her name is Sparky 😁. If your dog has trouble with other dogs I’ll make extra sure to stay away from that house. When I walk the dogs up my hill it’s the other direction anyways. There are also no cats around. There are a ton of bunnies and squirrels and stuff but I’m strong enough with dogs to hold them back I’ve never had a problem. I have experience with/know how to handle strong dogs💪. Walking: There are a ton of woods/paths right next to my house, you can look around on the map for yourself. Some places I love to walk are Audubon, Hay road, and Snake hill (it’s just a name don’t worry 😅.) Supplies: While I’m walking a dog I carry poop baggies, water and a water bowl, and a ball/toys (even though I never let the dog off the leash when we’re out on a walk.) When I board or doggy day care I use the same things. I have other dog supplies too like bathing stuff, a leash, food/food bowls etc in case you forget your stuff 😁.

About: I’ve been a primary parent for my family dog, a perfect 65 pound pittie-boxer rescue who often requires a lot of patience and kindness to face her fears. I visit her as often as I as I can but would love to provide that same patience and love to dogs closer to where I now live! I have a soft spot for pups who are uncertain or timid and require a little extra patience and support but love brightening any dogs day! All pups deserve bright, enthusiastic, and enticing attention and energy as a part of their day. I’m a part time worker home consistently all week except for a Thursdays when I attend graduate classes. I plan to make it a priority for additional funds to support my extra expenses while in school as well as loving spending time with pups. I am very patient and encouraging with all pups when trying to keep them active in a walk, a play session, or getting them comfy back at home after a walk whether they freely roam the house or are crate trained. I am also very timely with my ow family dog’s meals and activities and will translate this practice to the dogs I work with as well.

We were so grateful that Kerry took such great care of our dog while we were away--her sensitive and thoughtful approach won his trust, and her detailed and quietly humorous reports and many photos made us feel almost as if we had been present. Thank you, Kerry--we very much hope to work with you again!

Kelly took great care of Mochi while we were away. I really liked that she followed up with me for detailed instructions before starting the visit. She was on time for her visits and sent amazing photos of Mochi. Mochi gets anxious when we are away, Kelly did a great job keeping him calm, taking him for walks and kept the house clean. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a pet sitter who deeply cares about your pet while you’re away.

Alyssa took amazing care of my dog and cat while I was away for a work trip. She was very kind and understanding about my nerves of being away and leaving them but she was able to ease my worries with all of her detailed updates and many pictures of my pets. Thank you so much Alyssa!

Eleanor did an excellent and thoughtful job caring for my dog who had an unexpected medical emergency that was very serious. She helped her through the process and I’m very grateful to have had her help in that situation. She is a kind and responsible caregiver and I certainly recommend her.

Thank you for watching Beanie! Definitely would recommend. Minhyung stayed longer than necessary for the drop in to give extra care and companionship to Beanie which meant so much. She provided a thorough review. I came back to a very happy pup. Looking forward to having you watch Beanie again

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
