Jupiter has been amazing! Often times, we would have to add or cancel day sitting sessions and Jupiter never had any problems with the change. Only reason we are leaving is because we were moving, otherwise we would keep Jupiter for our dogs entire life!

About: I’ve been loving and caring for cats and dogs for over 10 years. Friends, family, and neighbors always rely on me to drop in, feed, and play with their pets while they're away. I have plenty of experience with all ages, from tiny puppies and kittens to sweet seniors. I love keeping pets active with fun enrichment games and can even help teach them new tricks! I know every animal has their own unique personality and needs a different approach, so I’m always happy to learn what works best for your furry friend. I’ll care for them just like they’re my own and send you plenty of cute updates along the way! Since I work a steady 9-5 schedule during the week, your pet will enjoy a wonderful, predictable routine! We kick off our days with an energetic morning walk so they can completely relax, and I love setting them up with fun puzzle toys to keep their minds active. As soon as I'm off the clock, my full attention shifts right back to them for dinner, an evening walk, and plenty of couch cuddles. When the weekend hits, I am completely free! This is when we dive into longer adventures, extra-long walks, and much more enriching activities to really spoil your furry friend. It’s a loving, consistent rhythm that keeps pets feeling safe, happy, and right at home! When I’m staying at or visiting your home, I stick closely to your pet's normal routine to keep them happy and stress-free. During the week, they’ll enjoy a predictable schedule with fun morning and evening walks, plenty of attention, and brain-boosting puzzle toys during the day. On weekends, my schedule is wide open for longer adventures and extra playtime! If your dog loves making new friends, I can also bring my own friendly dog along for supervised playdates! Of course, this is completely up to your choice and comfort level. No matter what, I focus on keeping your pet safe, loved, and properly fed while ensuring your house is totally secure. I’ll send you plenty of cute photo updates along the way so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in great hands!

About: 15+ years of experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, and energy levels (especially training puppies). I work from home full-time and live in a quiet neighborhood with tons of green space. I’ve built a loyal pack of 8 repeat clients because I treat every pet like family. You can relax knowing your best friend is getting all the personalized attention they need while you're away. Also, I'm highly responsive and share multiple photo check-ins throughout the day so you always have peace of mind! I work fully remote and I'm a super active person. I spend at least 2 hours per day outside walking to get my steps in, and I would love to take your pup along with me. I keep the environment calm, clean, and quite to ensure your pet is comfortable. My neighborhood has plenty of green space, trails, and nearby dog parks that we can explore. I play fetch and tug inside or in my backyard. Also, I'm a huge fan of dog puzzle games.

About: For the last two and a half years I have been taking care and walking my families dog, and the amount of love and care she needs makes me even more eager to help out whenever needed because dogs and in general pets are a humans real companion. I have also recently took care my family friends two tall and fluffy poodles and it was the best 10 days of my life. I am a full time student, and have another part time job. I am very willing to walk your dog after school. I am also willing to wake up very early (about 6 am) to walk pets right before school starts. My weekends are often free and most times I’ll be available on every second weekend of the month after 5:30 pm. I unfortunately cannot have pets in the apartment I am living in currently. I would be very happy to get familiar with one’s home and see what also the dog’s needs may be and I’m willing to adjust to whatever a pet may need.

About: Animals have been part of my entire life, and I bring 17 years of hands-on animal-care experience along with professional experience as an Animal Care Technician and Laboratory Technician. My experience spans companion animals, small animals, exotics, reptiles, birds and poultry, farm animals, and pets requiring senior, medical or specialized care. Professionally, my Animal Care Technician experience has given me hands-on experience with animal husbandry, daily care, observation, sanitation and maintaining structured care routines. My laboratory experience strengthened the detail-oriented side of my work as well—following established protocols, maintaining accurate documentation and understanding that small changes in an animal’s condition or behavior can matter. My experience isn’t limited to professional settings. I’ve spent my entire life around animals and have personally owned and cared for many different species. That includes dogs, cats, my own horse, chickens and other poultry, small mammals, reptiles and exotics. Having responsibility for animals with very different needs has taught me that quality animal care is never one-size-fits-all. Feeding, handling, housing, sanitation, enrichment, exercise, environmental needs and safety can look completely different from one species—or one individual—to another. With dogs and cats, I have experience across different breeds, sizes, ages, personalities and levels of care—from puppies and kittens through adulthood and senior years. I’m also comfortable caring for multi-pet and multi-species households where several feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, separation requirements and daily routines may need to be managed at once. My special-care experience includes administering oral and topical medications, injections and insulin, subcutaneous fluids, following detailed feeding and medication schedules, mobility assistance, senior care and caring for animals requiring additional observation or support. I follow established owner- and veterinarian-directed instructions within my experience and scope of care. With dogs specifically, I’ve cared for a wide range of sizes, energy levels, play styles and temperaments. This includes puppies and adolescent dogs requiring additional supervision and structure, adults with established routines, seniors who may need a slower pace, and dogs who benefit from a more individualized approach because of anxiety, reactivity, separation concerns or other behavioral considerations. Years of caring for different animals have also taught me to notice the little things: body language, appetite, water intake, bathroom habits, mobility, energy, behavior and changes from an animal’s normal baseline. Those observations help me adapt care to the individual rather than expecting every animal to behave, socialize or settle in the same way. For dogs staying in my home, introductions are handled individually and gradually. Temperament, body language, play style, energy level and comfort are considered before group participation. Not every dog is expected to participate in every activity, and individualized care is always more important than forcing a pet into a particular routine. My goal is to combine professional animal-care experience with a lifetime of hands-on animal ownership and care—providing thoughtful, structured and attentive service while still giving pets the affection and comfort of a real home environment. Fantastic Friends: Home + Pet Solutions | Luxury with Love Pet care is part of my everyday routine, but I intentionally don’t operate on a rigid, one-size-fits-all schedule. Each day is planned around the individual animals in my care, their normal routines, feeding and medication schedules, age, temperament, energy level, weather, group dynamics and planned activities. A typical day may include potty opportunities, supervised indoor and outdoor play, fenced-yard time, walks, enrichment, individual attention, appropriate social interaction, meals, fresh water and plenty of opportunities for rest and decompression. Feeding, medications and other time-sensitive care instructions are prioritized according to each pet’s individual needs. Activities and schedules may change from day to day based on weather, safety and the needs of the animals in my care. The structure stays consistent; the exact itinerary stays flexible. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable home environment rather than a traditional kennel-style experience. Pets have access to supervised indoor and outdoor areas, including our fenced yard. Multiple triple-filtered pet water fountain dispensers are available indoors and outdoors. They are checked throughout the day and cleaned, refreshed and refilled 1–2 times daily, or more often as needed. Pets receive opportunities for activity as well as downtime and individual attention. Feeding, rest, medications, crate or separate-space use when appropriate, and other routines are managed according to the individual pet. SAFETY + INTRODUCTIONS: Safety and compatibility come first. New dogs are introduced thoughtfully and one-on-one rather than being placed immediately into an established group. I consider temperament, play style, energy level, body language and individual comfort when determining appropriate social activities. Not every dog needs to participate in group play to have a great stay. Please disclose relevant behavioral history—including bite history, resource guarding, dog or human reactivity, leash reactivity, separation anxiety, escape behavior, handling sensitivities or significant fears—before care begins. These behaviors do not automatically make a pet unwelcome. Honest information allows me to determine whether my home and care setup are an appropriate and safe match and how your pet’s care should be structured. CRATES + SEPARATE SPACES: Crates and separate spaces may be used appropriately for feeding, rest, decompression, overnight routines, controlled introductions and safe household management. They are tools for appropriate care and management—not a substitute for activity or attention. Please let me know before booking if your dog cannot safely or comfortably use a crate or separate space so I can determine the best care arrangement.

About: Dogs are more than just pets…they’re family and vital companions in our daily lives. With over a decade of hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes (from geckos to Great Danes), I bring a calm, attentive, and knowledgeable approach to dog sitting and walking. My journey with dogs began early with family pets and expanded into dedicated pet sitting for neighbors and friends. As a lifelong learner, I’ve spent years studying dog behavior, body language, and communication styles through training my own dog. I have experience working with reactive dogs, maintaining strict routines, and using consistent, structure to make every pup feel safe and secure. I also regularly assist a close friend who is a professional dog trainer, which has given me great insight into handling diverse personalities, energy levels, and care needs. Outside of pet care, I work as a mental health therapist. My professional background deeply informs how I interact with animals. I understand the reciprocal bond between humans and their dogs, and I treat every animal in my care with the utmost empathy, patience, and respect. What to Expect Attentive & Safety First Care: Whether keeping up with medication, supporting structured routines, or managing triggers on walks, your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Active Adventures: I love helping dogs explore! If your pup enjoys an active lifestyle, I’m happy to take them along for hikes, trail walks, or gentle runs tailored to their fitness level. Tailored Communication: You’ll receive clear, regular updates and photos so you can have complete peace of mind while you’re away. Whether your dog needs a chill check-in, a structured neighborhood stroll, or a outdoor trail adventure, I’ll provide the exact same devotion, care, and attention I give to my own dog. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I currently work from home as a mental health therapist. I am able to make my schedule and work around your pet’s needs as needed! There will always be time for potty and play breaks. I have a large yard, as well as my dog who is crate trained. If staying at your home, I would love to be clear on your pet’s schedule so they can have consistency. I also love having adventure buddies, so if your dog likes to be out in nature for trail walks or swims, I’m your gal!

About: I’ve been caring for my in-laws’ Tibetan Terrier for the past few years, and along the way I completely fell in love with pet care. Spending time with Cooper has taught me how special the bond between pets and their people can be, and I truly enjoy giving animals the love, attention, and care they deserve. I can’t wait to welcome and care for more pets as if they were my own! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home. I’m able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day, including regular walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. Because I’m home most of the time, I can easily adapt to each pet’s schedule and needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and never alone. I care for pets as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In my home or a client’s home, I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions provided. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship, and I keep owners updated with photos and messages for peace of mind. Since I work from home, I’m able to be very attentive and responsive to their needs throughout the day.

About: Hi! My name is Charlie! My family has owned a dog consistently throughout my life. I've always loved dogs and have been taking care of animals since before high school. I'd be interested in setting up dog walking or drop in visits for your pet! Additionally, if you have a certain park or path you like to take your dog to I will gladly take them to their favorite location for their walks. Currently I work full time so I am here to be your pet sitting weekend and evening warrior! I have flexibility to work remote so, as long as I have some notice I can make a midday drop in visit work. I’m currently working full time. Weekends and evenings are ideal times for me to be your pets best friend. If your pet needs a mid day drop in, I can be there during days I work from home. Have a typical path/walking route your pet enjoys? I’m here to take them on that familiar route. I will cater to whatever your pet prefers to keep them happy and accustomed to their typical routines

About: I have grown up with dogs of all different breeds and sizes throughout my life and they have become a constant part of my life. My parents, aunts, and uncles have always had dogs growing up as well, and they truly become members of the family. I have watched all my families dogs and also worked at petsmart in the pet hotel for three years. I expect the high level of care that I have given my pets when I have looked for care for my own animals. I have watched dogs through rover now for around three years and have plenty of great reviews . We love having dogs of all sizes and breeds and our dog blue loves all dogs that come over to stay

Michelle agreed to watch my new puppy with very short notice when I had to take my other dog to a vet. Her communication was very prompt and on point. I just got the puppy a week ago and I think I was that neurotic new mother who had too many requests. Mechelle was very understanding and open to my requests. She seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time with Bo (our new puppy) and send me the cutest pics. When I got home, Bo was asleep in his pen tired from all the playing. I decided to ask Michelle to come back regularly until Bo is a bit older so I can go to work rest assured that he is in good hands.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Woburn choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Woburn with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Woburn. On Rover:

  • 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 95% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
