Dayquan went above and beyond our expectations. Our dog Apollo has epilepsy and Dayquan administered his meds, special food and supplements, and dealt with Apollo when he had a seizure during his stay. Dayquan washed his bedding and gave Apollo lots of love and walks. Dayquan sent us pictures every day and kept us informed. Dayquan's dog is easy going and became buddy's with Apollo. I highly recommend Dayquan. We will book him again.
Avery was amazing with my high-energy pup Cairo. She communicated well and sent pictures and updates throughout his stay. I checked in a few times and she was good at responding. She walked him multiple times and even gave him cuddles. Overall, I would definitely book with her again. Pick up and drop off was seamless. She was unable to pick him up and drop him off, but she made the process seamless and provided clear instructions so dropping him off and picking him up from her was easy! She was even able to accommodate me having to have an early morning pick up. Thanks again Avery!
Emma was awesome! She was very understand regarding how much of a puppy mom I am - and finding a new sitter. Had no issue with a phone screen and talked through all the little quirks with my pup. She was very communicative during drop off, his stay with her and pick up. She also worked diligently to try to get my little guy to eat when he was protesting due to a new sitter. OB seemed to warm up to her quickly. I will def be booking with Emma again! Thank you!
Nola and Damian were great! They offered meet and greet which was very helpful for all the questions I had.They were always kind and caring. The boarding of two nights went well. They sent me updates through the day and every picture I saw it was reassuring to know that Caramelo was in good hands. Highly recommended that we have secured an upcoming boarding next weekend as well.
Wow, we are so happy to have found Irina to take care of our Charlie. My husband and I were so impressed with the level of care she provides, as well as sending photos and videos showing us how well Charlie was doing.
