“Elena has been fabulous with Ollie!! He gets so excited when she shows up and is worn out afterwards. Elena is extremely courteous and reliable. She always has a smile on her face and is very engaging. I would highly recommend Elena for any employment related to dogs.... or humans!!!”
“Nate is an incredibly professional walker. He has been highly communicative, punctual, and of course is wonderful with our dog. The pictures he takes during the walks are amazing. He came to the meet&greet prepared to listen and ask questions, and his detail-oriented nature showed in the comments from his walks, as he had clearly internalized everything we had discussed. He is kind and friendly, and he got along with our dog immediately. We would recommend him to anyone.”
About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover and proud former fur mom to two amazing cats and a wonderful dog. They brought immeasurable love, laughter, and lessons into my life. Though I’m not currently able to commit to having pets of my own, I deeply miss the companionship and joy animals bring. That’s why I’ve joined Rover - to stay connected to the world of wagging tails, soft purrs, and loving snuggles. Whether it’s going for walks, playtime, feeding, or just curling up with your pet, I treat every furry friend like family. I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats through all stages of life. I raised my dog, Scrappy, a Jack-a-poo, from a young age through his senior years. He was very intelligent, stubborn, and needed space from other dogs and people, so I managed his walks with care - always making sure he was comfortable and had a safe space. As he aged, I adapted his routine, including stroller walks when needed. I handled everything from grooming and feeding a picky eater to administering medications and wiping paws (yes, even butts when needed). I also raised two cats, Fufinho and Chase, from kittenhood. Fufinho developed diabetes and pancreatitis in his senior years, which required a strict medication schedule, including insulin shots and IV fluids. Chase, who had kidney failure, also required close monitoring and advanced care. In addition, I cat-sit and dog-sit for my furry nieces - helping with walks, feeding, litter scooping, and giving them love, comfort, and attention while their owners are away. I’m confident and compassionate when it comes to furry babies, and I respect their space, allowing them to take the lead in the relationship. I understand it can be overwhelming or stressful for some pets, and I always approach them with patience, kindness, and care. I believe that animals have a way of grounding us, awakening parts of our soul we didn’t even know were sleeping. Their love is pure, their presence is healing, and every moment with them is a gift... I currently work full-time during the week, so I’m starting slow and offering weekend availability for now. I’m happy to help with cat visits, dog walks, or drop-ins on Saturdays and Sundays and possibly some weekday evenings with notice. As I ease into a schedule, I’ll open up more availability, but I’m committed to giving each baby the attention and care they deserve. At this time, I’m not offering pet boarding in my home — but it’s something I may consider in the future after getting to know your furry baby and building mutual trust. Their comfort and well-being come first, and I want to make sure any environment feels like home for them. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I do have cozy pet beds, bowls, toys, and access to lovely parks in the surrounding area for safe, leashed walks. If and when I begin offering boarding, it will be thoughtfully planned with your pet’s personality and needs in mind.
“Cameron was great. Communicated well and even brought his pup to keep Cairo company during the hour long walk. If you need a walker, book him! Unfortunately, I’ll be unable to book him again since I’m moving out of state!”

“Stephanie did an amazing job walking Mookie! She was incredibly helpful and showed so much patience during their first meeting, making sure Mookie felt comfortable and at ease. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the experience great for both of us. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a reliable and kind dog walker. Mookie can’t wait for his next walk with her!”

“Katherine was a wonderful dog walker, she took so many great photos of Ricki and had a lot of great notes for each walk! I would definitely book her again for Ricki!”

About: I don’t have the financial capacity right now to have my own dog, but I get so much joy out of being around and caring for dogs! If you are looking for one time or reoccurring dog care or dog walking, I’m happy to help out! I have varying flexibility, but I can often work from home. With advanced notice, I can work from home and be available to do walks anytime over the course of a day/evenings depending on your needs. I am open to caring for your dog in the way that you need! I know that the idea of having a stranger in your home can feel uncomfortable, I am also happy to discuss and comply with any boundaries that you might have around safety and trust.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and tutu was adopted 3 years ago. Tutu passed away in October 2025 and I wanted to do more and keep his spirit alive by caring for other dogs. Tutu was a senior dog, was selective with other dogs, and had separation anxiety so we have experience taking care of similar dogs. Biggest thing for me is letting me know what triggers your dogs have, any medical needs, what “safe” looks and feels like to them. Our dog tutu was a rescue so I so understand the pain of reactivity, separation anxiety and respect owners who have dogs with behavioral issues a whole ton. I'm happy to provide boarding, house sitting and walks. I prefer to do a meet and greet beforehand. I’m a clean and tidy person (a little too clean maybe!), and in your home, I’ll respect your space and keep things where they are. Ask me about my house cleaning service!
“Meredith was incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and loving with my dog! I had issues with my previous walker with being flaky, but Meredith was proactive in confirming our upcoming walks for the month and took the initiative to make sure Rover reflected our scheduled walks. She was flexible with me when I needed time changes, and Coco absolutely adores her. Could not recommend more!”

About: As a full time higher education professional with a true passion for dogs, I spent my free time throughout my college and graduate school years getting professional experience in the dog care industry. Through my years working in a dog daycare setting I have learned crucial dog handling skills including reading dog body language, working with reactive dogs, basic obedience training, and medication dosing. My dedication spanned to working overnight shifts where I cared for boarding dogs ranging from 6 months to 14 years of age. With these important skills under my belt, I am hoping to keep utilizing them in the time I have beyond my 9-5. I am currently raising my own pup, Otis, to be the best gentleman he can be! I have absolutely adored the dog training process, and love watching him succeed. I would love to do the same for your dog. With years of professional experience and a passion to keep dog care in my life, you can be confident that your dog is under trustworthy and thoughtful supervision. I look forward to befriending your best friend!! 🐾 As mentioned, I am a full time professional by day, but I am dedicated to providing walks & drop ins to pups in need in the evenings, some days during lunch, and weekends! With extreme attention to detail, I will make sure your furry friend is walked and cared for exactly how you prefer. I understand that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to pet care, and every dog is unique. So, getting to know you and your dog is of utmost importance to me.
“Madison was an excellent dog walker and has our highest recommendation. Our dog Aili is a bit anxious around new people - Madison was exceptionally patient and understanding when she came for the first walk and took extra time to allow Aili to warm up. It’s clear that she loves animals and is skilled at caring for them.”

“Absolutely loved having Lynne as our dog walker! She was awesome - super friendly and had great communication throughout. She walked our dog, Liliboo, for 3 days and instantly became his new best friend. Lynne kept me updated every day with messages, notes, and adorable pics that made me smile. I could tell Liliboo absolutely adored her - he was so happy and comfortable. Can’t wait to book her again! Highly recommend!”
