About: While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to caring for pets. I’ve had two cats for the past 4 years and have pet sat for friends and family when they’ve needed help. I’m reliable, responsible, and happy to follow whatever routine and instructions help you and your pet feel most comfortable. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax while you’re away. I work full-time (6am-2pm) as a scientist, so I’m generally available for afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. My schedule can be flexible though to accommodate for early morning visits. I’ll always be upfront about my availability and make sure I can give your pet the time and attention they need before accepting a booking. I use Rover myself so I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and entering your home. I’ll always follow your instructions carefully, keep your home clean and secure, and make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable until you’re back. I’ll also send plenty of updates and photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.

About: My rates are low since I'm just starting out on rover!! I have prior experience with Dogs of all sizes and ages. Hyper dogs, calmer dogs, Big and small. I also have experience with cats!! I am ready to tackle taking care of any age, accommodations, whatever it may be!! I also have experience staying over night in a home in order to care for anxious dogs and cats and am ready to communicate if any issues are present!! Currently, during the summer, I am unavailable for visits from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays, though I can be flexible if needed!! I occasionally will accept bookings outside of my radius and at short notice. If I'm available, I try to be very accommodating and would love to help out if I can. I have full weekend availability as of right now. As my availability changes, I will update my schedule :) I am able to spend time playing, caring, walking, feeding, etc. with your pup. I have experience crating a dog, but usually the dogs are crate trained, or on the smaller side if not. I am also able to be aware and stay aligned with any rules you might have in place for your pet (ex. no pets on the couch etc.)

About: A lot of my experience comes from caring for my girlfriend's two dogs, who are basically my two best friends—a Japanese Chin and a Lhasa-Poo. Whenever her parents are out of town, I'm usually the one taking care of them. We've even watched them for weeks at a time while their family was traveling, so I'm comfortable with everything from feeding and walks to playtime, keeping them on their routine, and making sure they get plenty of attention. I've also known our Lhasa-Poo since she was a puppy. When she first came home, my girlfriend and I spent that entire first week with her, helping her adjust to a new environment, keeping her company at night, and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. More than anything, I'm just a huge dog lover. Whenever I go back home to India, I spend a lot of my time hanging out with the neighborhood stray dogs. They've become part of my visits home. I know every dog is different, and my goal is always to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. I'll care for your dog the same way I care for the dogs in my own life: with lots of attention, affection, and plenty of updates so you know they're doing well. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day and have a very flexible schedule. That means I can take dogs out for regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and make sure they're never left alone for long. I love staying active, so I'm always happy to fit in extra walks or outdoor time if your pup enjoys it. I also welcome boarding on most weekends, unless I'm out of town, which isn't very often. My goal is to make sure your dog feels comfortable, gets plenty of attention, and sticks to their normal routine while you're away. I live in a very dog-friendly apartment, and I'm very used to sharing my space with dogs. I help care for my girlfriend's two pups regularly, so having dogs around the house is something I'm completely comfortable with. In my home, dogs are welcome to roam freely and make themselves at home—they're welcome on the couch and in any room unless you have different rules you'd like me to follow. I know every dog has their own routine, so I'm happy to stick to whatever they're used to, whether that's crate training, scheduled feeding times, or specific walking routines. Once again, my goal is to make your dog feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible while you're away.

About: I've been a pet sitter for family, friends, and neighbors for many years. As someone who grew up with dogs and currently has several cats, I am skilled in caring for a range of dog sizes and animals with various personalities and needs. I work from home, which allows me lots of time to devote to animal care. I take daily evening walks and would love to take your pet with me. I provide house-sitting and during the day animal care, and I love spending time with animals in fenced-in yards and/or going on plenty of walks—whatever your pet prefers! I work from home, so am able to provide midday walks and constant company.

About: I have many years of experience looking after dogs having taken care of my dog Lexy since we got her 12 years ago, along with helping out with my family’s two dogs in Jordan whenever I visit. Whether it is taking them out on walks, routine feedings and medicine, or just giving them attention and playing with them, I know what it takes to look after a pet. I am currently a student at Boston University and I have a schedule that would allow me to be with pets most of the time throughout that day. And what they love and dislike! ☺️ I currently provide care exclusively in my clients' homes, as my housing does not allow pets. I will follow your pet's routine, including feeding, medications, walks, playtime, grooming, and any special care instructions. My goal is to keep your pet comfortable in their familiar environment while ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being. I'll also send regular photos, videos, and updates so you always know how your pet is doing. Your pets will be leashed during walks, unless you've instructed otherwise in a secure area. In the event of an emergency, I am more than happy to take your pet to your preferred veterinarian if transportation can be arranged, such as through Uber or Lyft.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, including two Labrador Retrievers named Maverick and Goose, and a Beagle that I cared for over 10 years, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines, exercise, and understanding different personalities. I’ve also done several overnight house-sitting and dog care jobs, working with a wide range of breeds, from small dogs like pugs to larger, high-energy dogs like huskies. I’ve always had a genuine love for animals and caring for them. The first animal I really fell in love with was a manatee when I was about 5 years old living in Florida, and that kind of stuck with me. My time as a kid was spent at the beach boogie boarding out into the ocean hoping a dolphin would find me and become my friend. Growing up, I loved going to the aquarium and the zoo to learn about different animals, and I’ve always been especially drawn to red pandas and stingrays. That curiosity and appreciation carries over into how I care for pets—I really enjoy getting to know each animal’s personality and making sure they feel safe and happy. In addition, I have a lot of hands-on caregiving experience through taking care of my brother who has special needs, as well as working with special needs youth. That’s taught me to be patient, attentive, and very in tune with individual needs, which I bring into how I care for animals as well. Pet care honestly fits into my routine really naturally because it’s something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to. I have a part-time job in the mornings and some evenings, so I have a lot of flexibility during the day to spend quality time with dogs—whether that’s going on long walks, stopping by for visits, or just hanging out and keeping them company. I grew up with dogs and took care of my Beagle for 10 years, so I’m very used to building my day around their needs. It doesn’t feel like a task to me—it’s something I love doing. Being around dogs, getting outside, and making sure they’re happy and cared for is something I naturally make time for every day. I focus on making pets feel comfortable, safe, and at ease by sticking closely to their normal routine. I know how important consistency is, so I follow feeding schedules, walk times, and any specific instructions carefully. When I’m in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of their space and make sure their dog is always supervised and within my sight. I pay attention to their behavior and energy so I can respond to what they need, whether that’s a long walk, playtime, or just relaxing together so they don’t feel alone. If I’m caring for a pet in my own home, I create a calm, safe environment where they get plenty of attention, exercise, and downtime. I really just try to treat every dog like my own and make sure they feel happy and cared for the whole time.
