About: Please read :) I have taken care of my 14 year old chihuahua since he was a puppy! I adopted both my cats as kittens and they’re now 4 and 1 year old. Love to take care of pets and give them the attention they need! Please let me know if your pet requires specific needs regarding petting or feeding. I am open to taking care of any breeds. Please let me know if your pet gets aggressive around people or other pets! I’m currently self-employed so I can work based on you and your pet’s needs! I’m available for sitting on weekdays Mon-Fri. If you need to book for a weekend, please let me know at least a week beforehand, thank you :) I can provide your pet with proper care based on you and their preferences and needs. I can crate your pets if needed and help in any way possible!

About: I have been a pet sitter and kitty foster parent for over 4 years across Greater Boston. I have experience administering oral medications, preparing meals exactly as instructed, and providing attentive daily care, including walks or runs, playtime, and brushing coats when requested. I'm highly observant and closely monitor each dog's appetite, bowel movements, and behavior, notifying you immediately if I notice anything unusual. Prior to a sit, I’d love to meet you and your pet so I can learn their routine and normal behavior, helping me provide consistent, personalized care. I'm more than happy to send you photos, videos, and updates as often as you'd like, so you can have complete peace of mind while you're away 🥰🥰 I'm a med student taking flexible remote lectures from home, so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets throughout the week including weekends and holidays. I’d love to help keep your pet happy, active, and mentally stimulated! I enjoy running and staying active, and having a furry companion by my side makes it even more fun. Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for! And what they love and dislike! ☺️ I currently provide care exclusively in my clients' homes, as my housing does not allow pets. I will follow your pet's routine, including feeding, medications, walks, playtime, grooming, and any special care instructions. My goal is to keep your pet comfortable in their familiar environment while ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being. I'll also send regular photos, videos, and updates so you always know how your pet is doing. Your pets will be leashed during walks, unless you've instructed otherwise in a secure area. In the event of an emergency, I am more than happy to take your pet to your preferred veterinarian if transportation can be arranged, such as through Uber or Lyft.

About: I have tried to live life around as many animals as possible. Grew up with dogs and cats and now am a proud cat dad. I pride myself on being punctual, responsible, and caring. I have taken care of dogs for family and friends for years. Being a Rover customer has encouraged me to be the best possible sitter, walker, visitor that I could be. I respect people's boundaries and animal's boundaries as well. I would prefer to meet you and your pet before we confirm sitting or visits just to make sure everyone is comfortable(especially your pets!). I am currently working part time and have lots of available time to walk, sit, and visit your cats or dogs. I can do multiple visits per days in Somerville if need be. I would prefer to take time to meet you and your pets before booking. I fully understand the concerns of having people in your home and treat spaces like I would want my home treated. I'm happy to clean litter boxes per directions and would always put things (food, leashes, toys, etc..) back in their place as directed. if you were to be out of town and asked me to retrieve mail, monitor lights and other utilities I would do that to the best of my abilities as well. As someone who has had Rover sitters come visit my cat Pepper I appreciate that extra effort that many of them have put forth. I would also be happy to communicate all visits through the app or phones with pictures and quick updates.

About: Since middle school, I have cared for all kinds of dogs, including my Havanese, Max! Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and take care of their dogs. I also have experience volunteering at an animal shelter, where I walked and played with dogs and attended local adoption events to spread awareness. I also currently volunteer at an animal hospital in Boston. I'm currently working full-time, but I definitely still have the time to take care of your pups! About: I have tons of pet sitting experience, while I was applying for graduate school it was a main source of income. I often would stay in people’s homes taking care of up to three dogs at once, had numerous household where I fed and played with cats and even small kittens. I also spent time nannying the sweetest two year old for 7 months until I had to move (children and pets aren’t quite the same, but also they are both family). I even managed to keep an eye out for the two-year-olds two Siamese cats. I am eagerly waiting to have my own pet but am waiting for more stability in my life so I like to find other ways to be around animals until then. I am a current grad student, I have class on Monday morning, Tuesday evening, all day Thursday and Friday mornings! I have a lot of time free on weekends/my schedule is very adaptable since I just have to go into my art studio to get work done. I live in a small apartment, but could host pets for a day! I have a lot of dog and cat sitting experience, and am extremely communicative/available

About: I supported and dog-sat a recently adopted dog from an abusive environment over the past four years. Happy to work with anxious dogs or dogs that need lots of quiet time and space. Patient with different needs. I work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays and can shift responsibilities around to visit before and after work and at lunch, or stay during the day to work. I'm very careful with cats or dogs that try to escape and experienced with keeping them in when I enter or exit. I'm watchful for dogs picking up food on walks and generally watchful for safety.

About: A lot of my experience comes from caring for my girlfriend's two dogs, who are basically my two best friends—a Japanese Chin and a Lhasa-Poo. Whenever her parents are out of town, I'm usually the one taking care of them. We've even watched them for weeks at a time while their family was traveling, so I'm comfortable with everything from feeding and walks to playtime, keeping them on their routine, and making sure they get plenty of attention. I've also known our Lhasa-Poo since she was a puppy. When she first came home, my girlfriend and I spent that entire first week with her, helping her adjust to a new environment, keeping her company at night, and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. More than anything, I'm just a huge dog lover. Whenever I go back home to India, I spend a lot of my time hanging out with the neighborhood stray dogs. They've become part of my visits home. I know every dog is different, and my goal is always to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. I'll care for your dog the same way I care for the dogs in my own life: with lots of attention, affection, and plenty of updates so you know they're doing well. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day and have a very flexible schedule. That means I can take dogs out for regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and make sure they're never left alone for long. I love staying active, so I'm always happy to fit in extra walks or outdoor time if your pup enjoys it. I also welcome boarding on most weekends, unless I'm out of town, which isn't very often. My goal is to make sure your dog feels comfortable, gets plenty of attention, and sticks to their normal routine while you're away. I live in a very dog-friendly apartment, and I'm very used to sharing my space with dogs. I help care for my girlfriend's two pups regularly, so having dogs around the house is something I'm completely comfortable with. In my home, dogs are welcome to roam freely and make themselves at home—they're welcome on the couch and in any room unless you have different rules you'd like me to follow. I know every dog has their own routine, so I'm happy to stick to whatever they're used to, whether that's crate training, scheduled feeding times, or specific walking routines. Once again, my goal is to make your dog feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible while you're away.
