About: I supported and dog-sat a recently adopted dog from an abusive environment over the past four years. Happy to work with anxious dogs or dogs that need lots of quiet time and space. Patient with different needs. I work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays and can shift responsibilities around to visit before and after work and at lunch, or stay during the day to work. I'm very careful with cats or dogs that try to escape and experienced with keeping them in when I enter or exit. I'm watchful for dogs picking up food on walks and generally watchful for safety.

About: I have had a wide range of dogs, cats and other miscellaneous pets throughout my lifetime and I have a lot of experience with taking care of them. I have trained both of my current dogs in basic obedience (sitting, laying down, come, stay etc). I have loved animals for my entire life, and enjoy taking the time to get to know the individual needs of each animal in order to best care for them. I have in-home dog sat several times before, and I am very attentive and able to cater to any need your pet has while walking, sitting or playing with them. I also used to volunteer at the animal shelter, and I took one of my dogs to a training class to learn proper care and techniques. My husband and I recently got a adopted a puppy and we did a lot of research and “on-the-job” learning of how to raise a well-behaved dog! I am a grad student preparing for a new year! This summer, I have the time to spend time with your pets! My schedule is super flexible and I am able to care for the needs of your beloved animal! My style of care varies a bit from pet to pet. I really enjoy training, and getting to know different animals. An important part of pet care, especially for dogs, is to make sure they have their mental and physical needs met. I am happy to spend time working with your pup (whether in training or socialization practices), exercising them, and making sure they have everything they need. I look to build a bond with the animal to make sure they feel safe as well!

About: I’ve been around and taken care of animals my entire life. Since I was born, my family always had at least 3 dogs at all times. We also had cats, fish, birds, rabbits, horses, turtles, snakes, bearded dragons, mice, and even opossums for a brief moment — all of which I have cared for. I’ve always been on hand to babysit neighbors animals and am often the go-to pet sitter when friends leave town. I respect the household rules while giving my new furry (or scale-y) friends plenty of attention. I work full-time, but I have the flexibility to work remotely. While I have meetings throughout the day, they are never more than an hour, and I can take plenty of breaks to get some energy out, for potty breaks, or for some pets. There’s nothing better than stretching your legs with a pup by your side. In my home, I use positive reinforcement to train, but include lots of activity so pent up energy doesn’t set my dogs up for failure. But, I believe in household rules, as consistency is most important in dog training. I will stick to whatever routine the client prefers.

About: Cats and dogs have always been the fur babies of my family. I have a bunch of dog cousins and I've raised and cared for several cats in my life through all stages of life. I work 8 hr shifts (6:30 am-3pm or 1pm-9pm). Outside of work, typically would run errands, but if i could, i would be able to walk or pet sit. I have worked full time and pet sit in the past. It would be great to pet sit because I love pets, but don't have them here in the city. Because I don't have pets here, however I would be able to pet sit either at my place or the clients place. I have a safe one bedroom apartment so I would always be near the fur baby if I am hosting. There are no other pet that could potentially cause discomfort for the client pet. I love to cuddle and play with cats, but i can also be patient and wait for them to come to me. I also have skills to administer topical and oral medicine if necessary.
