She left extremely detailed Rover cards after every visit, which made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She cleaned their food and water bowls and scooped the litter every time, and everything was so clean and orderly when I got home. Most importantly, my cats were happy and clearly very well cared for! I would absolutely recommend Yingzi and would be very happy to book with her again!”

“Amanda B. was such an amazing drop-in cat sitter for our two kitties! From our very first interaction, Amanda was super-responsive. This is a big plus in my book--it makes everything so much easier, and I find it reassuring. She was able to sit for us on very short notice, and she was kind and helpful in guiding us through the whole process as new Rover users. She easily captured all the information she needed during our meet-and-greet, and we loved the detailed summaries and photos she shared after each visit. Amanda went above and beyond even what we asked of her. For example, we wanted it to be a light lift, so we said it was fine to bag up the spent litter and leave it in the trash bin in our apartment. Amanda went the extra mile and took the litter out to our external trash can, so we didn't have to deal with it when we got home. We mainly wanted someone to change the litter and check on food and water while we were gone, but Amanda also spent some quality time petting and playing with Mimi (Mochi is shy), which both Mimi and we greatly appreciated. We don't have the need for a sitter often, but when the need arises again, I'd rebook with Amanda in a heartbeat!”

As a professional beekeeper, I’m comfortable getting my hands dirty and handling high-stress situations! About: I’ve been taking care of pets all my life! Growing up with 2 dogs & 2 cats, working as a dog walker all through high school and college, and now being a proud cat mom of 2, I’m well versed with caring for animals! I also have experience administering medicine to cats, and giving daily inhalers as I do have an asmathic cat myself. I really understand the anxieties that come with leaving a pet, and will make sure they are well cared for, played with, and provide thorough updates & photos! I work from home and have a flexible work schedule, plus I have a car so getting to your home to care for your pets easily fits into my routine. I will treat your home as my own! About: I've always loved dogs! When I left home for college, I adopted my first one and by the time i graduated I ended up with 3! All of them are mutts and range from 75lbs to 35lbs. My oldest one is about 4 and weighs 75lbs and is a pit lab mix, I'm use to the high energy and burst of energy and also just laying around being a couch potato. My other two are also very much bursts of energy and then couch potatoes who love cuddles and naps! I moved to the Cambridge area recently and my apartment doesn't allow pets at the moment and therefore, my pups are at home and I am missing the wagging tails and walks! I am very experienced with high energy dogs and just being there with them, allowing them to play! I have experience with puppies (since I recently adopted one a year ago and trained her) and have the patience to care for them as well! For the past 4 years I've gained a lot of experience with having my own, and now not having them around me is making me sad and I think being able to share my love with another dog in the area would make my day and a dog waggy :) I work full time from 9-5 however I have time in the morning prior to work and after to do pet care. As well as on the weekends when needed :) I have crates for my dogs, because it provides a space for them but also a piece of mind for me when I am not around! I am comfortable with crating a dog and walking them on leash due to the safety of the animal.
