I've been a dog lover from the day I was born. Dolly and Rocket (Dalmatian and Golden Retriever) were my two childhood dogs that made me fall in love with man's best friend. When I lost Dolly and Rocket to old age, I began working at a local pet sitting service. It was the best decision I ever made. The 2 years of working as a professional pet sitter allowed me to experience a wide range of dog breeds, personalities, and ages and also exposed me to caring for cats. The demands of college required that I stop my pet-sitting but now that I have graduated , I am excited to return to pet sitting and get back to providing love and care to four-legged companions! I do pet-sit with my fiancée, Ameer (check him out in the photos). He has joined me for many pet sits over the years and is another devoted animal lover! Please let me know if there are any hesitations or questions about the both of us caring for your fur baby, especially if your little one is hesitant around men. Caring for your little one is a two-person job: I take the morning and evening shifts while Ameer handles the midday times. When I’m working in office during the day, Ameer stays with your little one to keep them company and handle any needs during the day. Then, I am there for long walks in the afternoon/evening and early morning walks to start your little one’s day off right! We treat your pets and home as if they were our own. This means above and beyond care to make sure your pets needs are met and your home is respected and kept clean. We are home bodies and love to curl up on the couch with a book/movie and a furry cuddle buddy next to us!

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was born! I have experience for caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds while volunteering at the animal shelter as well as pet sitting for various animals throughout my life and taking care of our golden retrievers at home! My experience allows me to understand communication signs from pets and adjust my approach to best fit your dog’s needs. Whether it’s extra comfort for an anxious pup, more play time needed for a rambunctious pup, or simply hanging out with a chill pup, I’m ready for everything! Although I currently work a 9-5, I am willing to take shifts both before (ending at 8:30am) and after my day job (starting at 5:30pm). Especially happy to spend time on the weekends caring for your puppy! Safety and communication are my main priorities when caring for dogs. I will have a watchful eye over your pup to ensure they aren’t getting into anything they aren’t supposed to. From my time volunteering at the animal shelter, I developed proper leash skills and etiquette.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I would take care of our neighbors dogs when they went away for weekends or even weeks at a time. I would spend the night if necessary, walk, feed and play with their dogs. I am currently working full time during the week. My work schedule is 7-3:30 so I am available for later walks if needed. I am completely available during the weekends. I am more than happy to come play with or walk your dog wherever you feel most comfortable. I do know some good dog walking areas around town though!

About: Growing up my home had all kinds of pets from bunnies to fish, but most importantly dogs and cats! I’ve grown up with various dog breeds from small to big. I’ve also helped care for dogs with anxiety, handled dogs with behavioral issues and familiar with walking large dogs. I’ve handled puppies and smaller breeds as well with bottle feeding and medication. I currently work for a dog toy company focused on making dogs happy! About: My family has taken care of dogs my entire life. We’re constantly taking in and fostering dogs that don’t have another place to go. Sometimes we bonded especially well with them and decided to adopt them as our own ❤️. Now I’m living away from my family and missing the love and energy I got from having the pups around. I’m currently working hybrid from work with q very flexible schedule so I have the ability to keep the dogs company and walk them outside during the day. My roommate and I previously fostered a dog in our first-floor apartment close-by to the esplanade. Living a hundred feet from the park has been so convenient to let the dogs play and walk around.

About: Hi! I'm a third-year at Northeastern and I absolutely love dogs. Growing up, I regularly cared for dogs while babysitting for families, and walking and playing with them was always my favorite part of the job. I've been around dogs of all sizes and temperaments my whole life. I'm also a marathon runner, so long walks and high energy dogs are absolutely no problem for me. I'll happily keep up! I'm unavailable Monday–Thursday from 9 am–12:30 pm due to summer courses. Outside of that, I'm currently doing economic research with a mostly online schedule, so I have plenty of flexibility throughout the week and am available for walks anytime When walking, I treat every dog as if they were my own. I always make sure they're secure on their leash, pay close attention to their behavior, and send updates and photos along the way so you always know how the walk went.
