Hi there, my name is Liza and I'm thrilled you've taken the time to look at my profile. When you choose me as your pet sitter, you're choosing someone with experience, passion and who will treat your dog, cat, or other friend just like you do. I use a personalized approach tailored to the needs and personality of each different pet- it is very important to me to meet each little friend and treat them with personalized compassion. I have cared for dogs since birth. They've always been a part of my family and it was only natural that I would find a career in dog care. Currently I have a special needs dog in my home who I love very dearly, and she has taught me how to care for dogs who have a more difficult path in life. Chances are I can accommodate your special needs pet too! I have been dog walking and dog and cat sitting on and off for eleven years, and have only glowing reviews from my clients. My heart is full of love for every animal I meet and it is my utmost desire to do right by them. Completely by accident, my best friend is a cat, so if you have a feline friend, I can help with them too. I take time and care to treat every animal right. I am always early, if not on time, and make sure to clean everything up. I am experienced and have previously worked as a dog walker for an hour a day at a doggie daycare. I do not do home stays currently either in other people’s homes or mine. However when I do visits to your home while you are away, I will do everything I can to make sure your pets feel as comfortable and safe as possible. The goal is to stick to a routine and keep elements of what you would be doing with them were you home, so that they do not feel too thrown out of what is normal. I will love on them and give them as much care as I am able in lieu of your presence.

Liza was wonderful with my two cats. She was easy to work with and accommodating about minor scheduling changes (time to meet, request for an extra visit, etc.). She was attentive to detail and asked important follow-up questions to be sure she could take good care of my cats. Most importantly, she showed up when she said she would, won over both cats, and paid plenty of attention to them and gave me important updates. I can’t wait to book her again!

Liza was absolutely wonderful with Albert and Franklin. I really appreciate the detailed visit notes and photos. She is very tuned into their behaviors and understands what they need. Especially Albert, who is a bit more reserved, but loves attention.
Liza is a professional and we will certainly keep her in mind for any future needs. She was extremely attentive to the specific needs of our pups, ensuring that she had all the instructions/details ready to go before we even left for our extended trip. Her Rover cards/visits were thoroughly documented and her communication was top-notch, giving us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation. Our pups easily fell in love with her! She’s a no brainer to hire!
Liza truly went above and beyond to give the best care for our cat and to keep us updated every visit on how our cat was doing. With our cat recently getting diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, we knew we were in good hands as Liza has experience administering these thyroid medications. She also helped us manage the heat in our apartment during an extreme heat wave, and that meant everything to us. She is flexible, reliable, and really cares about making sure every pet is happy. We will be rebooking her every time!
Liza is a great sitter. She's very communicative and did a fantastic job. My cat loved her!

Schedule
I have a fear aggressive rescue Pomeranian right now who only goes for one walk a day in the morning, and one very sweet cat. So I am fully committed for the rest of my day to caring for other people’s pets.
