Dog Walking In East Cambridge

About: I helped take care of my previous housemate’s dog, Maia, a very sweet rescue for about two years, walking her, feeding her and playing with her. After moving out, I realized how much I miss the joy of interacting with dogs, so I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to pet sit! I work from home and have some flexibility with time, especially before noon and in the evenings. I’m sure we’ll be able to figure something out scheduling wise! I value making sure that pets feel safe, comfortable and loved. I will greet them in the most unimposing way possible and wait for them to get comfortable approaching me. I use lots of encouraging words and keep my tone kind and friendly. I give them my full attention and make sure that their needs are taken care of empathetically, lovingly and caringly.

About: Growing up my home had all kinds of pets from bunnies to fish, but most importantly dogs and cats! I’ve grown up with various dog breeds from small to big. I’ve also helped care for dogs with anxiety, handled dogs with behavioral issues and familiar with walking large dogs. I’ve handled puppies and smaller breeds as well with bottle feeding and medication. I currently work for a dog toy company focused on making dogs happy! I often foster and volunteer when I can at local shelters. My love of animals goes beyond pets to fueling my mission to care for pets/rescues. I’m a graduate from Boston University currently here for the summer. I’m a social media intern for a small dog toy brand and work remote so I’m flexible with my time and hope to fill my free time by caring for pets! I’m openly available and ready at the whim to help in case you need a hand spontaneously! As a pet owner, I would treat all pets as my top priority just as I would for my own fur babies. About: I've grown up with and taken care of dogs since I was a kid. From tiny puppies to large lovable seniors, I've been around them all! I'll treat your pup with lots of scritches, belly rubs, and love like they're my own, all while maintaining the level of discipline you keep in your home. I'm comfortable walking on a leash, taking them to a dog park, or just hanging around at home watching whatever is on TV. Dogs are a comforting presence for me, and I'm eager to take care of yours. I'm currently unemployed and am job hunting as we speak, so my schedule is wide open! Whenever you need a caring, watchful eye over your pup, I'll be there. I live by a park, so if I'm dayboarding, there's easy access to green space. If I'm dog walking or dog sitting, I'll follow your lead. You know your pup best, so whatever rules or expectations you have, I'll ensure they're followed and maintained.
