About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember and have always been the person who gets excited when there’s a dog in the room. My family has had our dog for the past 10 years, so I’m very comfortable with the day-to-day realities of caring for a dog—from walks, feeding, playtime, and keeping them company to simply making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I’ve also helped care for and pet-sit dogs for friends and others over the years. While I’m new to Rover, I’m definitely not new to being around dogs or taking care of them. I’m a physician by training and currently have a very flexible schedule due to a recent surgery, which gives me plenty of time and attention to devote to the dogs I care for. I’m responsible, dependable, attentive to details, and take seriously the trust involved in having someone else care for a member of your family. Most importantly, I genuinely love dogs and would be thrilled to spend some of my extra time walking, playing with, and caring for yours! My schedule is currently very flexible, with a combination of remote research and other flexible work. I’m available for walks and drop-ins throughout the week in the Cambridge/Boston area and can often accommodate mornings, afternoons, evenings, and last-minute requests. I’m happy to work around your dog’s usual routine whenever possible. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog—and your home—in someone else’s care. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including your dog’s normal walking route, feeding schedule, medications, and any behavioral or safety considerations. On walks, I’m attentive to traffic, other dogs, and anything else that could pose a risk. I’m also happy to send photos and updates so you know your pup is safe and having a good time!

About: I've always had a dog growing up, lived with cats for many years, and have been house sitting for four years in many states across the US! I don't have any pets, children, plants, etc. to take care of that are my own - so very available for other peoples pets! Outside of pet sitting, I am a Clinical Psychology PhD Student at Suffolk University. I have class all day Monday, but am flexible Tuesday through Friday. *Disclaimer: I do not currently own a car! In the clients home, I always respect the space and am sure to leave the space cleaner than I found it, but open to client preferences with what to clean versus leave be 😊

About: While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to caring for pets. I’ve had two cats for the past 4 years and have pet sat for friends and family when they’ve needed help. I’m reliable, responsible, and happy to follow whatever routine and instructions help you and your pet feel most comfortable. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax while you’re away. I work full-time (6am-2pm) as a scientist, so I’m generally available for afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. My schedule can be flexible though to accommodate for early morning visits. I’ll always be upfront about my availability and make sure I can give your pet the time and attention they need before accepting a booking. I use Rover myself so I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and entering your home. I’ll always follow your instructions carefully, keep your home clean and secure, and make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable until you’re back. I’ll also send plenty of updates and photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.

About: I have had my own dog since I was born, and through this I fell in love with pets. I then started the care end of it on a smaller scale and then improved once I got more clients. I would go to client's house while they were on vacation to take care of their pets, i.e. walking, feeding, bathroom breaks, and entertainment. I would also walk dogs that needed a break in the day while their parents were away at work. I even started my own dog walking business junior year, but I have a small community so it didn't take off. I got a few replies from this, and did the best of my ability to get there in a timely manner. I hope to end up doing it on a bigger scale this summer and gain even more experience with dogs. I am available all day to check in on your pets as frequently as you would like. I just finished a grad school program and am currently looking at applying to others so I wanted the time in between to be filled with work that I really enjoy. I have a great respect for people’s home and personal items. I understand it can be difficult to let a stranger into your home to care for your animal who often means the world to you however I will work hard to make you and your furry friend comfortable!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, including senior dogs and puppies. I am excited to get to know your pet and am patient if they need time to show their personalities! I have experience taking care of multiple dogs simultaneously with different energy levels and can cater to the breed needs of dogs (chasing for herding dogs, fetch for retrievers, etc). I love all pets and am excited to get to know yours!! I am currently a full time law student and am excited to take care of your pet! I’m an avid walker and runner and am always on the go. I go on a morning and evening walk daily for study breaks and would love to take your dog with me. While I don’t have a dog safe household at the moment, but am able to care for animals with a large range of personalities. I have experience walking large dogs, dogs with little to no leash experience, dogs who need to run, and dogs who long to take a leisurely stroll. I have personally had a Labrador (90 lbs), a golden retriever (75 lbs), an aussidoodle (60lbs) and two lovely schnauzers (20lbs). They all had very unique personalities and walking/care needs. Additionally, I had two cats growing up and have cat sat for family/neighbors for years.
