I ruff you!
I’ve had dogs in my family since I was born and cats all throughout college - animals have always been part of my life, but now that I live alone in Boston, it’s a bit expensive to raise an animal. I babysit for friends’ dogs and cats all the time but am really looking forward to more constant companionship! Training has always been really easy for me and I’m very much looking forward to playing with or welcoming your cat or dog, of any size, shape, or age. They will all be spoiled as much as you allow. My home is heated with mini-splits and has hardwood floors, so any accidents can be undone easily :) I have a fenced-in yard that is shared occasionally with the upstairs doggie.

Nainika was awesome! She took such good care of my cat. She was communicative, responsive, and went above and beyond.
The communication around drop-off and pick-up was disappointing. Nainika was quite snippy and rude with us around the timing, particularly when we required an additional 30 minutes past our agreed upon drop off time. Rather than displaying flexibility and understanding, Nainika made us feel like an inconvenience noting she had other commitments beyond the service we were paying her for (watching our dogs). We did not have confidence the care of our dogs was her first priority and did not appreciate her communication style.
Nainika was amazing with moose, took him on adventures and was very patient with his puppy behavior.
Great sitter, fun photos and very responsive. Would love to have her care for Bentley again!
Nainika kept our one year old dog safe and happy even with some kennel issues on our end.

Schedule
I run a startup so I can come home on a flexible schedule determined by your dog or cat - and am home 70% of the time on weekends, ready to be out and about entertaining your pet on a walk or chilled at home with a book and cooking. No loud noises, fast traffic, or children to worry about in my home!

If I am in your home, I will do exactly as you request and avoid any disruptions to your pet’s routine or comfort levels. If you trust your dog or cat to me in my home, I’ll do my best to replicate as much of their environment as possible and make sure they don’t miss you TOO much!
A typical day
I always take the doggies I’m watching out to the Harvard Business School park or the football field near my house, and if socializing with other dogs is allowed, this is a great place to do it. Otherwise, I know the quiet secret dog parks that are usually empty to take the doggie to. I love watching Bluey with pets, making them creative food challenges and puzzles, reading them bedtime stories, and grooming them (dry) if they like it. Fetch, catch, zoomies, and other activities can be performed right in my fenced backyard!

- Please let me know if your dog is allergic to anything - food or otherwise - and what preferences you have for food schedules and medication. We use only paw-safe salt on our steps to the building, and if there are other special needs for the dog, please let me know at the time of booking and not after.
